i bought 2 packs of AR and 2 jungle val, after a few weeks ive noticed alot of growth on the jungle val with runners. the AR however has mostly melted away and died off. i bought 2 suction cup glass cups to hang some plants up closer to the light. i took out all the rest except the 2 little groups in the cups. their closer to the light but ive noticed i think its hair algae growing on the very tops of them and the top of the plants are like a weird green/brown color i think from my substrate(seachem flourite). ill give them a few more weeks and see how they do. ive been using liquid fert since the first day and root tabs 2 weeks in. nothing against the plants. i just dont think i have what they need right now. beautiful plants. i really wish they worked out. maybe later on when i have better set ups ill try them again!
I ordered 2 pots man i have i high and co2 but not working out too well for me but time will tell big thanks to HO2 still my lotus came bushy and beautiful

Realizing this video is from 6 months ago i still have to try. I just got one of these in the mail and it was mostly all mush except for the roots. The roots still looked okay. I planted it, could it still grow?

Can i plant this into sand? Or does it require nutrients substrate? Just for additional information I supliment liquid CO2 & nutrients to my plant. So what u suggest?
Pretty sure now,I got the mini..eh,it's ok. Healthy and now I don't have to ever worry about tip pruning it. It's in a forward spot...a good place for the mini.
Hi, I've just got some of these as individual stems and was just wondering how far apart should I plant them?They are the tall ones.

Have you ever noticed AR stops growing in inert substrate, high ferts, high light and high CO2? I have AR and AR mini, and they just sit there not growing. Not stunted, no algae problems, but no growth either.
have them in my tank. they sure grow super slow

I have them and now they are just long stems with no leaves. Not sure what to do with them

With "AR" (Regular) will it sometimes melt when first planted ?
Ranzee 90 most plants will melt. They’re adjusting to their new environment.

I was really looking forward to having this plant in my tank, and now im pretty bummed out it came mostly dead. I usually really great with plants but never had this type before, and it arriving in such a state I'm not sure if it will grow?

@@LifeInABoxorigin no unfortunately not, the roots were just to far gone, and i haven't been able to find the plant anywhere else right now. Hopefully I will get another shot soon.
On another note all my other plants are doing great...i still want an AR so bad though
I bought a bag of tissue culture from Petco labeled as A.r.r..only if you say the obvious trait is variegation? Then it isn't that plant. Not a bit of variegation to it. Basically brown or tan leaves with the purple undersides. It's not a fast grower..but its grown well,with no problems. Its not wow-wee stunner a true red plant is or what the pink would be. Only,I did pay a premium price for something that isn't what it said from a big company. Bummer.
