I understand the oldest brother of the family usually are the ones that have to provide for the family. The oldest sister has to take care of all the younger siblings. This is the same in my moms family. I am half Mexican.

Yeah, all those places are expensive. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, LA is extremely expensive. My family and I moved to Florida. It is so much better down here alhumdulilah

I live in California...LA and San Francisco (or the Bay Area) is expensive. Mostly people who live in LA or the Bay Area move to the Central Valley. I used to live in the Bay oh how I miss it.
