Hie there I would like to say thank you I wasn’t able to make the perfect roti using this “ roti maker” but i have tried it today by making my dough extra soft and following the same steps as you showing in this video and it turned out the exact same…nice and fluffy and very soft…thanks
Hi. Even , I am using Bajaj Roti maker only. Bought, online 3weeks back. Today, I made the dough, as soft as shown in rori maker videos. But , after keeping the atte ka peda in Roti maker and , press, its not becoming as big as shown in videos. If, I press with slightly more pressure, its tearing at the edges. And, of ot puffs up nicely also, its becoming, hard and rubberish. Why, its coming like this, i dontbunderstand. Please tell me, how to get big, psper like thin roti. Please.😊😊😊😊😊
Ma'am I would suggest please knead your dough little more soft , even I was facing the same issue for 3-4 days, it took practice as well as the right consistency of your dough, it should be softer than the usual soft dough, press gently but don't be afraid of pressing it again and again until you get the desired big round roti shape, please do it for 2-3 days u will understand automatically
Tq. Glad to see your quick response. I just want to ask you one thing. That is, after you keep dough ball I roti maker and close to press it, for how many seconds, do you leave it in closed position? Or do you open, as soon as you hear squeaky sound?:)
I knead with an electric kneader. Keep it fr 10min and then use roti maker. My rotis look normal nd get nicely puffed up .but the problem is, it is rubbery on chewing. And if it is kept for an hour( even in caserole) ,its jus impossible to tear it with one hand. Please suggest
Roti is not puffing out in roti maker after making soft aata as well...soft aata helped to make big round roti..but unable to puff out roti... taste is like eating plastic roti
First side change within 10 sec. after bubble appears, second side achise sek le fir palatke first side karke upper plate girake roti seke . roti fulegi
Nalini ji, if you dont mind, please tell me one thing , frankly. After making phulkas in roti maker, how do you manage to keep them sofe , whole day? After much practicing , I am making wetter & soft dough ,suitable to make phulkas in roti maker. No doubt, its puffing up fast and soft . But , I font lnow,vhoe to keep them soft for the whole day. Pls tell know? 😊
