@ 52:30 Sir, if cpr should be uninterrupted, do we have to give rescue breaths simultaneously? Or do we have to wait for the chest to recoil after a compression and give rescue breaths?
Maximum 5-10secs can be given for rescue breaths to pause the cpr
always wait for chest to recoil, approximately it’s 1sec to give breath, and 1sec to wait for recoiling of chest

I have a doubt , sir. For right ventricular MI/ RVF we are increasing IVF so as to maintain BP to prevent shock/hypotension. But if we increase the preload(IVF)/give inotropes to an ischemic heart(eg. Rvmi), doesn't it increase the workload of an already weak heart & increase the size of the infarct?
Yes it does. That’s why definitive management is to reduce the ischemia s which is the primary cause.

@@epstein1881 you can give rescue breaths simultaneously. Chest compressions will continue uninterrupted. No need to hold CC for the sake of rescue breaths.
