The prophet Madden tried to warn Bambi’s other followers of what he was doing, but they wouldn’t listen and threw him in jail. Eventually Bambi finished plucking out most of his eyes, lost his god powers, and fell down to earth. Now he can’t remember anything of his old life as a god and turned into a little farmer that’s obsessed with corn and phones and has anger issues. And then of course he eventually meets Dave.

you know, i was actually thinking, what if this song was about transitioning/gender dysphoria? i know it isn’t, but just imagine. the song mentions that the singer wants “abnormal” so badly, kind of like how some trans people want to be the opposite / a different gender really badly (i think you could call that gender dysphoria) and at the part where (I believe he’s Angel!Bambi) Angel Bambi turns into Normal Bambi, that could be a metaphor for transitioning into the gender you identify as, ex: female transitioning to male. that’s just my interpretation tho, and im open to any other suggestions!
