But here is a quick summary and hope this helps! :) So for my excel file - I jot down the description of the task, the date(s), project it's related to, and ux process performed. For my google doc, it's more of a summary. For example, out of all my task, what did I accomplish/impacts I've made. I find it more helpful looking through this summary doc when im updating my resume.
