The one here is a straight fluted bit for wood. (ZS-WO-0800-8-420-85 from VHF) I just used it because it is long enough - styrofoam can be machined with almost everything. But I'm searching for a nice bit of wood at the moment and then make the same part a bit larger as cup with it. For this purpose I'd use this tool for roughing and then a ball nose cutter for finishing (ball nose can be set in the tool list)

Christian, what kind of foam material is it you use? Maybe you have the brand and type for me? It looks like the best material to start machining!.
