I liked the way he first parboiled the fries before frying them. That was a huge mountain of French fries, but lots of hungry orphans to feed. I'll bet those fries tasted delicious. Maybe many of the kids have never tasted them before.

And all of those funds go right back into feeding the orphans and destitute. He and his family do this daily, we see clips of new recipes and not the rehashed ones. They not only feed those in need but provide the children with books, school supplies and clothing. Their charity is 100% charity not like in the states and western countries where 99% of the funding goes to pad executives over inflated salaries and per diems, etc etc. this is truly a labor of love done with sincerity and honor

It’s the details that they put into the food and presentation that just pull my heart. Grandpa carefully washing each potato by hand, and I love that each child had their own box full of fries and individual cups of ketchup.
