It seems the boyfriend used the move in with me card,as an excuse to ditch some of his responsibility 😂 as well as to express his disapproval of her family.Sad.
I get in this situation why the father thinks it makes more sense to be at his house but it’s a weirdly consistent theme across episodes that the father demands the baby be in their home, pesters the mother about it constantly, will not compromise and makes it a deal-breaker. I think it’s a playbook to manufacture a breakup.
That’s such an interesting theory. I can also think of a ton of episodes where this exact scenario plays out! 🤔 I wonder if you’re right because the fathers do tend to use it as an excuse as if the mother is “keeping them from their child”

I think its the same reason why these parents of the girls fear their daughters living with baby daddy. They know full well once they have the mother living with them that could be easy access for shacking up. I dont think they actually taking into consideration on what the baby want but that they can play "house."
He has no right to demand her to be at his house when he’s not even helping her with the baby. I get there is less space at her house but she also has way more support there since her baby daddy isn’t doing much

Prime example of why you should always take into account your partners family life before getting into a relationship with them. Two different upbringings make a difference in the way you want to raise your children.

Yeah, definitely important to make sure you’re on the same page on how to raise your future children. You can be on the same page though and have had drastically different upbringings. All of my serious relationships had very different upbringings to me and we all mostly agreed on how we would raise children if we had them together. Of course that’s when we’re discussing the possibility of kids. Opinions can change once the baby is actually born and throughout their life as the child grows up. These two are so young though… it wasn’t something they planned. They are young enough that it’s very unlikely they would’ve considered that necessary to focus on before hand too.

Grandma's first name suggestion is Twilight....He and his mom gives off a weird vibe.
I understand her needing the comfort of home as a new mom, After all she is a baby herself, But I also understand him not wanting to be around chaos. Her home life seems chaotic.
Mario also wasn't considerate of Cleondra's relationship with Zyra. Even though she's not her mother (and again, her own mom shouldn't have just dropped her off while doing whatever,) that little girl is so attached to her auntie. It's clear that Cleondra is her favorite person and is a source of comfort and security for her. I didn't like at the end of the episode how he immediately shut down the idea of Zyra coming over to visit. Again, I can understand concerns about not wanting Cleondra to get stuck with all the responsibility, but she couldn't just up and leave the girl.

She got upset that her mother in law and sister in law suggested names. However she didn't get upset that she took on the responsibility to help raise her sister's kid.

Yes, she is definitely bothered by having to help raise her niece (as she has the absolute right to be) , but clearly she’s a kind person and cares about her too.
16 & pregnant. This mama is doing a fantastic job for her age and how she contributes even when she doesn’t want too.

It's far more respectful than just calling them by their first name ,but to each their own I know certain people just never get taught those mannerisms in their families . I feel that he was behaving that way on purpose to get cleondra to move out of her chaotic living situation. Her family basically had a free babysitter with her and she needed to change her priorities to focus on her new family. In court she tried to claim she was a stay at home mom( to keep custody ),but she went to school and always left Kaylee with her in-laws. Why didn't she leave her with any of her siblings or her mother? Because his family was always a reliable option she could count on.

Mario becomes obsessed with Cleondra & Kylee moving in with him and he won't help with the baby unless they stay at his home.
The couple also disagree on who should be allowed to watch Kylee which leads to more fights.
By 2014, Cleondra and Mario had separated with Mario being awarded primary physical custody of Kylee, but Cleondra still sees her daughter regularly.

As a mother myself I know EXACTLY why Mario doesn’t really want his kid at that house and I absolutely agree. The less random people around your kid the better

I feel like Mario was a huge problem and he just felt like he was better than her family but didn’t have any resolution other than her moving in with him.
My hubby and I were scared to death the 1st night home with our son. (29 year olds) we were both terrified and didn’t sleep for 3 days so nervous about our son. Colicky babies are no joke and I recommend taking shifts if you’re blessed enough to have a husband/bf/partner helping. ❤❤ Gotta tag team and take sleep shifts those first few weeks or you’ll end up like us… exhausted by day 3 that my mom had to come get my son cuz we weren’t ok from zero sleep!
I really can relate to her struggle with having to parent her niece. My aunt used to leave me at her house with my baby cousin for a couple hours....that always turned into all day and sometimes even past the point of me getting the baby to sleep. When my mom finally lost it on her, the excuse she had was how mature I was....I was 15 years old, taking care of a baby to the point that she started calling me mama. That's disgraceful. Even a "mature" teenager is still a teen. Responsibility is a great character builder, but too much too young can lead to burn out in adulthood.

@sacoyawilliams2991 Yes and no. That baby is now 16 and her mother went on to lose custody of her and her much younger sister. They're still in each other's lives, but it's sad to see my "baby" go through that.

I’m confused about why he don’t want the baby around her uncle and aunt.
He didn't not want them around, he didnt trust them to baby sit and didnt want her living there because its a chaotic environment. Her sister isn't responsible enough to raise her own child and both she and the brother are partiers. Lots of people in and out the house that he and Cleondra don't know well. He was protecting his daughter.

@MarishaHodge she probably couldn't provide the child with basic needs or a stable home and Mario could. We see the chaos in the episode. That house is no place for a baby let alone a toddler.

It wasn’t so much she lost custody just that in court the dad got granted primary custody. She still has visitations. They just thought his house was more stable and suited for a child to grow up in

Mario seemed well adjusted and mature for 19. I think he seen this and was just careful about what he said on camera about her family. In the end, he was awarded him full custody which in Mississippi is only granted if proven one parent cannot provide a safe environment for the child.

From what I read online she was arrested in Mississippi in 2011, lost custody of her daughter in 2014, got pregnant again in 2014 (not by Mario), married the baby daddy in 2015.. haven't seen anything more recent.

His family wasn’t being pushy by suggesting names or discussing it. She was being unreasonable, and she did have an attitude. She seems like a great kid but def has some growing up to do.

Mario has every right to keep his daughter after what I read. She lost custody for many many reasons one of them including she was sleeping with men like sexually while her daughter was in the same bed and Kylee was scared to death because some of the men she brought around were inappropriate. There’s so much more to it. And mind you a female judge granted full custody. A judge won’t give full custody without evidence showing why the child is better off with the other parent.

What’s The Song During Kylees Birth??
I notice in each and almost every episode has 1 thing in common mom and dad doesn't make 1 decision about the baby the grandparents does and for some reason it's always mom's parents that does it it's crazy because in each episode parents are like I will help u but I will not raise ur kid however here's the rules of when dad can come or when he can and can't see his baby u gotta do this and that these girls parents literally makes me thankful for the mom that I have I was grown before I had my daughter however since age 13 all she ever said was lay down get pregnant I will babysit but I will not raise it and she actually meant that she makes 0 decisions about our kids and baby daddy so I'm pretty sure that's why all dads try to push it

They broke up, Mario has full custody of their daughter, . Cleondra had another kid and later married the baby daddy.
She also went to jail and is divorced from that guy.

Never be filmed saying that you, a grandparent, or a baby daddy wishes that you had an abortion. The child could watch something like that later on and be really hurt. You could always put the baby up for adoption. It's always the moms right to choose, but don't film it. I lost 4 babies and I would give anything to have them. If I had the money, I would adopt. I feel so bad for some of the girls on this show. I wish I could help them. I know how rough it can be starting out.
