This video is a review of the hotel I stayed during my trip to Tokyo for 6 days and 5 nights in early March 2023.
It's right in front of the station, so it's easy to get around, and the price is reasonable, so it's a recommended value-for-money hotel in Ginza.
I made a reservation through Agoda 3 months before check-in, and it was 100 USD per night including breakfast for 2 people, but when I looked again about a month before departure, it went up to the second half of 200 USD.
It seems that it is advantageous to book hotels in Japan as early as possible.
