Thanks Nick! The layering was difficult to play especially making the higher notes sound quieter while playing the lower notes simultaneously.

After recording this it was actually difficult to type on the keyboard

After listening to rise and afterwards learning it myself (man that was difficult) I often stop by and listen to your covers for an hour or so. Really worth the time and I can't say that about many other Channels on UA-cam. Keep up the amazing work, I think I'll buy that piece too:)

Hello , just wanted to say that this is the best cover of this song on the internet , I saw them all and I don’t think anyone can play it better . Especially at 2:03 you played both the song words and the background music , this is insane ! I have never seen something like that through the years of watching guitar videos on youtube . BTW I play guitar for 5 years now .

Not a huge fan of AOT, it's not like the anime is bad, but just not my taste. But the song is really something else, and how you arrange this, man this is top notch quality. I thought this was Call of Silence, when I hear some of the reff made me remember the Eddie's cover of Call of Silence. And these fingerstyle content is the one I appreciate the most.

It took ages to arrange indeed, I started arranging it earlier September and kept stopping / resuming arranging and losing all my muscle memory in the process.

Also I'm learning your Avid cover right now and just got to the harmonic version of the chorus and love how beautiful it sounds :)
Already finished arranging it, but playing it is still rough right now, maybe a week or two. Avid is really hard to get every harmonic ringing without accidentally muting the other strings, thanks for playing it!

Once I heard you were making a cover for the AOT ED I decided to wait to learn it because I knew how much effort you put into your covers. You remind me a lot of Tam Lu in the sheer amount of time and quality you put into your videos
And yeah I can just imagine how much of a nightmare Avid was to compose, but the harmonics (and percussion) makes it one of the most beautiful guitar covers I have heard, especially the chorus. It's a pleasure spending the time to learn it :)
