Issues with Batman Arkham Knight - New found invincibility?

Not so much a bug but still an annoyance, pre 1.13 you could still stun a charging thug for a short period of time after they'd started charging. Since 1.13 this seems to have been reversed; you now need to stun a few seconds before they charge otherwise they enter an invincible state
