I made the wings with just seasoning salt, Italian seasoning, cornstarch, a little bit of flour, drizzled with melted butter. I let it sit for a bit and then cook in the Ninja Foodi on “air crisp” at 390 for 20 minute. They came out amazing😋 and crispy!
I made those wings today,I used teaspoon of baking powder, teaspoon of cornstarch, teaspoon of Italian seasoning, teaspoon of lawreys seasoned salt,1/2 teaspoon of herb de Provence, wings turned out great, everyone loved them,16 minutes in the smart grill on air crisp setting,I made 15 wings no problem, thanks for sharing your tip .
I made lemon pepper wings using this method for my son and I. My wife came home took one bite and begged me to make another batch. Awesome tips. Thank you.
HEYY!!! I just wanted to tell you that I did this recipe just like you said and it taste so good. My toddler took one of the pieces of chicken out of my hand ate the meat and then started sucking on the bone. I gave her four more pieces and she ate them all. Thank you for all that you do!
My wife and I'm George Forman died on us, we replaced it with the foodi xl (also never had an air fryer) , been looking for a recipe, temps etc... your video helped alot! they look great! can't wait to try!!! (before this I used the oven for wings at 350 20 mins on each side then broil for 4 mins on each side to crisp them up, excited to try this out!
I made these in my air fryer 100. Did not use the cayenne but did add lemon pepper. My air fryer maxes out at 400 degrees so I cooked them at the total time of 18 minutes. They are sooo crispy and yummy. Thank you for sharing. Definitely a keeper
I tried using baking powder and cornstarch for the first time yesterday and the wings did indeed turn out unbelievably cirispy in my Big Boss Oil Less fryer.
I made this for dinner tonight! What is different about tonight's meal, I use thighs!! My husband does not like that best part of the chicken. Well, thanks to you with the baking powder/Corn starch, he LOVED IT. 😍 Thank you for helping me spice up dinner.
I've never heard of Ninja Frodi It'll be good but cornstarch and baking powder give us a crunchy flavour as seen in this video you made both great. This video is helpful for everyone thanks.
I tried your season salt on my chicken wings today in my foodi grill, well let me tell you I think those were the best wings ever. It was your and your salt that made the great taste. Thank you for the recipe
I have a Ninja Foodi XL that I’ve hardly used, but today I wanted to start utilizing it and get my money’s worth. Problem is, I don’t know exactly how to use it properly (the instructions were very minimal). I happened upon your channel by searching air fryer wings and got a wonderful 2 for 1 deal: your wings and your seasoned salt recipe! Being on a keto diet, I don’t keep cornstarch around. Without a keto friendly substitute, I fell back on the old way I’d seen of using just baking powder. And your seasoned salt, of course. My wings turned out crispy outside, juicy inside, and delicious! I’m glad I made a double batch of your seasoned salt because I know I’ll be using it regularly. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with an air fryer noob like me!
Thank you so much for the video. I never thought about corn starch and baking powder I'm on it next time I do them. Thanks also for the link to the seasonings as well. You got skills! Appreciate you
@@sweetsavant the wings were a hit! My spouse even texted a picture of the wings to her friends! Now everybody wants to come over for wing night! Thanks so much
One obvious question regarding this side-by-side test is do the two cookers cook differently in any way since they are not identical? The size and shape of the basket and the slight difference there might be in cooking power might affect your result. While it might not be a significant difference, it does present a question about accuracy. Thanks for the video and the chicken looks and sounded awesome!
The wings with the baking powder and cornstarch added!!! Oh my goodness!!! You could hear that crunch. The wings look yummy!!! Great video!! I love the comparison.
Thank you for this recipe for crispy air fried chicken wings i just bought the Ninja foodi griller and I have used it only one time but I will be using it more THANK YOU 😊
I love the videos. I just bought the Ninja Foodi Grill a couple of days ago. I'm glad you appeared in my feed. Now I can come to your channel for all the good recipes! Lol. Awesome videos and editing by the way.
Based on looks, I like and think the combination of baking power and corn starch are more to my liking and preference which is crunchy. Seriously either one looks fantastic... Thanks for a outstanding informational video using the Ninja Foodi Grill vs the XL...
