Anomaly dmg is calculated depending on portion of anomaly bar that character filled, it doesn't matter who triggered it (2:45). So whoever fill anomaly bar the most in your team better build Anomaly stats.
Nicole is "flex" because it really doesnt matter, you just stack Energy Regen so you can keep using her Black Hole skill She's Venti, her purpose is to group enemies.

I use Swing Jazz 4-piece on Ben (Soldier 11, Koleda, Ben). All Ben does in that team is chain attack after Koleda, so buffing Soldier 11 with 15% DMG seems pretty good. I'll try Shockstar on Ben, but I'm not sure if Koleda really needs the daze help.
Rina's only intended disc is 2 piece PEN, she's better off using 4 piece AP to shred AP resistance, AM main stat so she can stack some anomaly, so Grace can proc shock faster. And why is Grace using 4 piece electro? She's getting switched out to Anton/Piper once she procs shock.
Maybe a future video could do skill level up priority for every character. Or at least a guide on general skill levelling priority/tips to save and not waste element chips. Please and thank you!

I think Soldier 11 with Anomaly Mastery disc 6 for Inferno Metal will proc more crits and help build burning damage

Why you do big Ben like that. Go full def (or energy regen on slot 6), run him as a counter sub-dps.
