In this loc video, I'm sharing 3 signs you are READY to get starter locs. I started my loc journey more than one month ago and I've learned so much about loc maintenance, daily loc moisture, and adjusting to my 4C hair in this new state.
I see she is using L’Oréal hi color for dark hair . That does have bleach in it. It’s called a single double process. Meaning it bleached and deposits colors in one application. I always comment this bc ppl need to understand they do have bleach in their that way they know they need to take care of it.

Girl no it is not, it’s a high lift color which typically is double ammonia and requires 30-40 volume. All color lifts and deposits, even a black dye with 20 volume, high lift color is just formulated stronger. I am a stylist too ❤️

Yeesss!! I know the feeling. I just colored my ends red 2 days ago. I've been wanting this look for years!! I just got my Cosmetology license 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 so yes... I did that!! It came out so beautifully!! Well worth the wait. And the curls 😍😍😍 the mix of my level 3 hair with the ends red layerd shoulder length with bangs 😉 killing it! Yes, im feeling myself right now! Ohh and good move on not lightening your hair first it would have came out orange like the bowl but since you didn't that same orange mixed with your natural color creating that gorgeous copper. Great choice! 🤗
