If you’re worried about new players experiencing spoiler content, the md3 is supposed to not show you encounters that you haven’t experienced yet in the story…. Unless pm did another spaghetti code moment
I have been wondering if they did, unfortunately there's no way for me to check easily, if that's the case though thx for the information. Since MD1 didn't have that I thought they might not have put any filter here either.
I haven’t heard or seen any patch notes touching on that But if that’s the case that would be a real nice mechanic so players don’t have to experience whaler 4 coins or T Corp blast Until they can gather a decent enough team for their weeklies
@@MagnetAlpha Can confirm that you don't fight any encounters in canto 5 if you never finished it. Been playing md3n nonstop before finishing Canto 5 and didn't get a single canto 5 encounter until I finished the Canto.
Got some friends into the game recently and they're seeing T corp enemies as well as those chicken k corp guys from chapter 3.5. So I think it's safe to say this is another spaghetti code moment.
MD3 has been overall a huge step up but there is one thing I'm a bit miffed about other than the removal of MD1 and 2, that being the game doesn't do anything to direct you to the new super strong ego fusions, so any players who aren't searching online or always checking the compendium on their own will probably not know they exists and will think fusion is just random egos and most likely never use it after a few times, not realizing the best and most fun ego gifts for most team comps can only be attained by fusion. if the game had something like a one time quest that gave you a decent chunk of starlight or XP for crafting these gifts for the first time then it could serve as an excellent way of letting everyone know about them and how they are more or less the meta for almost every team comp.
I have to agree, I thought it was missing some indication. I thought maybe having the required components glow or something if you have all of them for a fusion to indicate it. (I don't have them yet so I assume there's nothing) You have to follow the patch notes to know they exist. It being indicated in the compendium is a good thing though, if you're slightly curious you can find it in game at least. Also if you're collecting the gifts of your archetypes you might find it by checking fusions for something, but it can be really annoying checking all combinations, and that'd be where the indication would be nice.
Md3h has been an EXTREMELY challenging ride for me, and egospam and evading was an essential part in completing most runs I still do not understand why it's harder, but with the same weekly reward, it should be like a bit over 750 lunacy and more bp xp That's about my only complaint throughout md3h, it's just not as rewarding as it was a couple of weeks ago (as of the time of writing)
I talked about it here and there it’s definitely more annoying and can take a bit longer Then MD2 since the starter buffs healing and stagger removal made a lot more builds viable for solo then MD3 It’s not impossible for a new player team to complete obviously but it definitely requires committing to a full team rather then a couple super 000 which while I like the big damage of ego gifts I still feel like was the wrong move from PM since mirror dungeons have to be completed by everyone It’s kinda like at launch the headless ichyl was really strong thread boss and expecting to be able to spam ego to mass paralysis within 3-4 turns was unreasonable enough for a nerf by most
@@epicnt320well the issue at its core is that burn doesn’t gel well with greed comps currently So you either need ego resource gifts in which you spam and center your strategy on spam Or you use greed IDS in conjunction to burn teams which opens the question of why not just use rupture for easier damage/more damage
I really love the new MD, it's the starter buffs (or lack of them, since they're all ego gift related, except few. Like, really?) what disappoints me, and the Hard is such a chore because of the sheer hp values. Like goddamn the jump from ~4000 total damage per unit to ~10000 and such is HORFIFIC to think about.
Give a rupture team a go, the true damage really helps shred hp irregardless of effective damage types and thunderbranch makes keeping count relatively easy

I don't have much for rupture, and the issue isn't the damage. It is how much do you have to inflict. Besides, most rupture units aren't really suitable for MD3H in a way where running them would be more benefitial than to just use unga bunga ID's. Add generaly lower rolls, and it's too much workaround for what is ultimately not such a huge benefit, especially when the problem is really not causing any issues aside from it taking too long. And yes I just don't have enough rupture related things to make it work. Other teams rip insane benefits without requiring any sort of specific teams and just overall are better for the sheer difference in offense power with their higher clash numbers, which is ultimatly the only thing that matters in Limbus.
@@Xerrackyou can just use evade or defense skill for focused encounter with enemies that had higher offense level...the thing that Offense level did are clash value and damage. so by using defense skill especially evasion.. you mitigate a lot of possible impossible clash win.. for guard skill at least you mitigate the damage a little bit.
