    To use 2 pieces of yarn, are you just pulling yarn from 2 skeins or from each end of one skein?

      You can do it either way. It’s easier to use separate skeins, but you can use the inside and outside of a single skein.

    Can you use 2 strand cotton or acrylic yarn ?

      Hi there, yes, that would work, but you may need 3 strands to be comparable with the gauge.
