@@m0m02k that's a developer error, at the final stages of the game the director of nfs at that time went to the track laguna seca and he heard the bmw m3 in person, he like it so much that they remove the tvr cerbera sound to make new specific recordings for the car. You can still hear the original tvr cerbera sound in the beta game videos by the way.

I remember buying this car. Fun car to drive but in career mode, there was only one race event in it's class that allows this car unless you join an endurance race.
