This is so sad what’s really difficult though is the lack of training and lack of adequate treatment available to the staff members. You can only intervene so much with the tools your given and no one can say it’s avoidable because even with recommended intervention the body doesn’t always respond the way medical professional expect.
But the issue wasn’t training, or lack of tools. It was that the training staff missed the signs and didn’t think it had reach a higher level of attention that was needed

These parents trust these people to take care of their kids and then this happen. This could've been prevented, makes me furious.
