This system is going to do really well for Nintendo. Local multiplayer is all but forgotten in modern games (with a few exceptions) so I'm glad they've built the entire foundation of the system around it.
I was thinking I was going to get the switch when it came out, but I think I will just pick up Mass Effect Andromeda and pick up the switch in a couple of months.

I would do disgusting things for a traditional console from Nintendo. Even it if was only as powerful as an Xbox One. They could sell for relatively cheap if they didn't include so many underutilized features. And their proposed plan for an online service is a joke.
IMO, pokemon is Nintendo's most successful multiplayer platform, I wonder why they haven't build on stuff they've already done before albeit on a much smaller scale than what is expected. Trading and making friends from the Shinnoh generation pokemon games onwards was a blast, especially the internet functionality allowing players to trade and battle with foreigners.
just 2 things 1)The battery is actually better than the 3ds 2)They didnt really focused on motion controls theres 1 and half games that use it. a if you look a its publicity on tv they never show those motion controls

And one of the games (Arms) looks really fun...although it doesn't look like a $60 game. For the battery, I wish they would have said "it lasts 3 hours for Zelda, but X hours for Puyo Puyo Tetris." Everyone is assuming the battery life is 3 hours, but it seems like a safe bet that 3DS style games will last significantly longer.

Tethering to consoles to play online worked a-ok for me on 3G. I assume it will work great with 4G.
