Thank you this is very kind. I hope i can lep inspire others to get their financial picture in order and retire early. Or at least take some of the pressure of investing off. are you looking at investing or already up and running?
You are most welcome. I have been through some crashes in the market so i try to keep others motivated to stay invested and to get going with their investments. I want people to be less stressed, more sovent, and travel more. Have a great day !
As a fellow overseas contractor, I love the content! I'm still quite young and have been investing into the market aggressively over the past few years. My goal is to retire early and hang out in different countries for stints, like yourself. You got a new subscriber 😎
Thank you sir! Good to read you are in the contractor world It really is the best way to get ahead Good pay, interesting work and locations , tax benefits, buy them stocks and some land for later ! No 80k pickup trucks ok? Please be wise and invest well
Absolutely! BTW I'll be in Thailand for a couple weeks thru the new year's. Maybe we can link up and have a chat if you're in country during that time. @@RetireandGo
i have a full phillipines video series from 2023. three locations and many videos. i would start there. watch those and get a good idea of the locations and costs
Learning the market is the answer to get millions out of poverty in America . I started putting 30 percent in stocks . I need to diversify and play catch up.
I totally know the feeling. i was so far behind when i was 45. i was in debt. little to no saved money or investments. i left for the middle ease to work in a war zone tax free for years. invested... changed everything. i was in a bad way so i had to make a radical move to get me back on track.

haha, thank you ! That would have been cool. by brother in law played a federal agent on the new show release that came out. it was a cool thing to do for him. he is a real estate guy so he was like ... lets go! haha
@@RetireandGo Wow is amazing . I notice a lot of real estate agents have made nice youtube channels. Showing + and - sides of each city . I'd like to expand in cyber security field.
Ive found some investing platforms dont work in Bali and its impossible to access them, i gather id need a VPN to do it, would that be right.? Luckily some of them do work here and im ok.
I like the dividend aristocrats. also check out GenX dividend investor. great YT channel. dividend bull is another. I use mostly individual companies but i also have a few etfs like PICK, SPFF for bonds, and ABR and BAM for real estate exposure. How about you?
@@RetireandGo I will look at those, thank you. I am 47 and have nothing invested. 🤦♂️ Was just about to open a Roth IRA and thought I knew what I wanted to do, but started doing research and got all in the weeds with it and now not sure what to do any more. Looked at doing a simple 3 fund portfolio, buy and hold, don't touch it (example: FXAIX, FREL, and FBND or similar). Or some higher dividend ETFs and keep reinvesting those dividends back into it. Have looked at things like picking 12 individual stocks and setting it up for monthly dividends, and dividend income right now would be nice, but I'd have to have so much invested to ever see anything meaningful from it. Don't guess it much matters what I do strictly in terms of tax consequences when it comes to a Roth. For dividend income now, a taxable account if it's played right and actually can avoid the taxes. Could technically retire as early as 55 with a small pension, but not enough by itself and of course 59.5 for the Roth, 62+ on social security. Priority now is quit spinning my wheels and just do something.
Thank you
Have a good day :-)
