Just chilling indeed. It is also due to the attitude of Dutch people, which is in general just sober and mostly focusing on yourself, the reason why celebrities will not get bothered so much as in NYC, LA, London, Paris or any other major city. They will just leave you alone and see you as the people they are. No special treatment. The Dutch way.
