Thank you for this tutorial! I encountered some problemi with a raspberry pi5; when booting, it finds the server and the image, but it says something about the OS not being compatible. I added "os_check=0" in "/PXE/boot/sn/config.txt", and then it says that it can't find a device tree. Or something related to the device tree, the reload loop is too quick to read! Did anyone else stumble on the same problem?
Actually, next reboot it stopped letting me read on the screen: TFTP 1: file /PE/boot/serialnumber/kernel_2712.img not found fs_open 'serialnumber/kernel2712.img' And 4 similar entries, then: BOOT ERROR: code 7 - ' Kernel or device-tree not found or is not compatible'.
@@MRPtech the latest one. On the github page There's an issue almost identical to mine. IT appears to be related to latest firmware based on Debian 12! Did you use a firmware based on deb 11 on the tutorial? Thank you very much for your tutorial and your answer!
