wow! Thank you so much for this! I feel confirmed. I am taking a leap to make big changes with how i relate to the world and am coming out of my shell by throwing myself a birthday party on Saturday! I felt it strongly on the new moon and was a little overwhelmed today with this intense energy, but i have faith i am moving through my fears and comfort zone to receive something that wants to receive me. As a Pisces, I'm a little scared of full moons! I get too deep in thoughts wether good or bad, usually borderline good then to bad and it's hard for me to come back. If I go dark, it'll take me days. This starts a few days before and after a full moon. A couple years ago I stayed in a dark place for like two weeks and my best friend had to bust out my window to finally get to me. I've tried mediation with candles outside under the moon, I've tried different rituals that come with each different full moon and others. Any suggestions or any followers have any suggestions for me!? I love the moon and all it's glory
Curious if your cycle is 28 days and follows the moon cycle exactly? If so, it could be cyclical PMDD (worse than PMS). Intuitively, it feels like your sensitive/spiritual Pisces self is open (unprotected? Try BlackTourmaline stone) and picking up on negative vibes from the Universe. Things people are releasing around the full moon maybe?? Almost like you're tapping into a difficult frequency and getting stuck there...does this feel right to you? Normally I ask if it resonates, but something feels off about what I said here, and YOUR response to it, and listening to YOUR OWN intuitive voice is more important here. Does that make any sense??
like the other commenter said, i would explore your cycle and hormones to see if there is balancing that needs to be done. you can do this with the help of a naturopathic doctor. full moons draw stuff out of us, so my guess would be that a lot of emotions/imbalances are coming to the surface under the full moon which is perhaps why you feel the way you do. i would suggest taking a whole mind/body approach away from the full moon so when they do come around you are perhaps more prepared? Then when the full moon comes you can just allow yourself to be present. i hope something here is helpful! good luck with your journey
