It is not mor குழம்பு.it is தாங்கர் பச்சடி. Because of urad dal. it's better to use toor dal in making mor குழம்பு.our முன்னோர்கள் toor dal தான் use பண்ணினாங்க
Will try this variant. In the traditional mor kuzhambu itself i use seasoning of mustard,vendayam,pinch of Omarm,little jeera and it gives nice flavorful taste.

Can you please get us recipe of Aracha rasam, vazhaipoo koottu, kathirika koottu, Vella poosanika koottu, peerkanga masiyal. All these koottu, masiyal are added Puli, not poricha koottu. Instead of sambar these koottu, masiyal to be added in rice
Mam , thengaai poattu kodhikka vidum dishes naala cholesterol solraangaley. Is it right? Pachaiya thengaai chutney saapdalaam but araiththu vittu sambar , kootu , moar kuzhambu all not good for health nu solraanga. Ur opinion mam?

In Tirunelveli side we take only vendayam,red chillies and coconut for irupuli kuzambu..
