Jermaine Lamarr Cole, better known as J. Cole, is a rapper, producer, and now a professional basketball player in the CEBL (which is like the Canadian NBA). In these J. Cole interviews he drops a lot of wisdom we can all learn from.
He's known as one of his generation's most influential rappers with such albums as Cole World, Born Sinner, the iconic 2014 Forest Hill Drive, 4 Your Eyez Only, and KOD. He's inspired millions with his powerful lyrics that tackle topics such as depression, family hardship, loneliness, and more.
Discomfort is the best place to be if you are really about living a fulfilling life, discomfort is that friend that pushes you to evolve and level up your life by showing you your flaws and when you know your flaws you can work towards getting rid of them and when you get rid of those flaws you evolve and just like a videogame, when you level up there's also new obstacles that come, and you ain't passing through those obstacles with comfort, you will only pass them with discomfort, doing what you don't feel like doing but you know you should be doing will make you thank yourself in the future when you see the fruits of your labor. Be comfortable in the uncomfortable

My dad used to always tell me that there are mountains and valleys in life. When you're in the valley, you can't see the mountain. Your view is obscured by trees. But when you get to the top of the mountain you can see the whole valley and the path that led you to where you are. So keep chugging along man, you'll find that mountain sooner or later.
