FearTheXI Word bro I'm Mexican as well, and what's sad is that Black people and Brown people are always oppressed by the White man, they set this corrupted system up to watch us destroy ourselves, they put black and brown people together in the same slums watching us fight each other and not realizing that we're falling for their trap, it's sad to see two races that are in the same place not get along, that even my own race shakes their head when I shake partners hand, I have respect for my black brothers because we both share the same struggles, some won't agree with me when I say that we are one in the same, get mad at me if you want to but, what I mean by that is that we are all human, the biggest fear for the system is that one day the see us working together and getting along because together we're strong, and I believe if we work together we can't be denied and push around no more, we have to come together hand and hand willing to oppress to those who oppress us. Just my opinion.
Wait, so Drake is getting all this recognition because he made a 4 minute music video giving away a couple week's worth of supplies to people, but Cole out here actually on the ground in poor communities across the country, helping them out, humbly, and he gets no mention for it? That's the fucked up part about the world. Giving away some $1 million is nice short-term, but what does it achieve?
It doesn't honor J-Cole's contribution to belittle someone else's. Because if someone's life was helped in any substantial way by what you say was the less honorable help, you discredit them, and their lives and the help they needed. These artists don't want or need you to demean someone else in order to honor them. In fact, what would honor J-Cole more is if you went out and tried to do your own version of exactly what he's doing. And nowhere in this video does he talk down to Drake, or ANYONE, whether he agrees with them or not. God speed.
Her spirit is just so amazing. I had to humble myself and just tell God thank you. In comparison what this lady has been through and is STILL smiling and sweet and joyful?? Man..... eye opening. God bless her and her family.

This makes me cry because I lost my older brother and Dad when I was 11 years old and for the woman at the end to have so much faith in God and just put it all in His hands is amazing. No one ever understands what you're going through because it's a "one man for himself type of world." I know that one day I'll have just as much strength as her to smile like that. I was a daddy's girl and when I lost my dad I lost myself mentally. So I know what it's like to constantly say you have to keep moving on. People eventually stop caring about your sad story, but most people fail to understand that talking about it is a huge way to cope with it. She lost two of her babies, I know it takes everything in her to say keep moving forward. My mom also lost two children and a husband so it is hard. My mom couldn't cope the right way and she completely lost herself mentally and emotionally. She became a drug addict, alcoholic, and she's been diagnosed with schizophrenia for some years now. so seeing this woman be strong for the rest of her babies is life touching. I have eleven siblings that my mom couldn't be strong for because she didn't know good grief at the time, but we're being strong for her and each other. Bless everyone in this video because it's not easy as it looks sometimes. Lady at the end was speaking straight facts. "So many of us are angry, confused and hurting" . Gotta keep your head up, self reflect, strive for better and keep it moving.
the end is really inspiring like the woman is 52 old has a 3 jobs her son was killed her daughter was murdered and she still standing strong , what a true woman like she said " you gotta keep moving" 👌
I liked that part too, her spirit was felt like she would not let death be the thing to hold her down. Her spirit felt like birds flying, it just sored to better things. Amen
All races need to love each other. I'm just a white dude from the Midwest and even I understand these struggles J Cole raps about and even tho I'm not a member of the black community, when I listen to him I feel like I feel the pain he raps about. That's the artistry of J Cole. He can make a stranger to the community understand the struggles simply by speaking. The key to fixing this nation is first understanding what is wrong that needs to be fixed. It takes all of us. Tomorrow, hold the door for an old lady, tell someone they look nice, say hi to your neighbor. Start small. Make someone smile. Love Thy Neighbor. Much love for everyone in the struggle cause we all got our own struggles.
Konich Puller I knew there would be someone like you to comment lol But white people like me? A white guy who appreciates quality music? I know I'm white, I don't act like I'm not. I was just trying to make a positive comment. It's people like you that can't accept positive words from someone just because of someones race that are the problem.
mrvvinston Thanks man. I just tried to leave a positive message and it's too bad someone had to feel obligated to comment negatively just because of someones race, especially on a video from a rapper who is a voice for better race relations and who's MOM is white. Lol
mrvvinston Agreed bro. Positivity will always prevail over negativity. But negativity is just a part of the internet unfortunately and there will always be trolls trying to break the good people.
William Woidat depends which Cal exam. I took BC and it was a joke. Just remember the volumes of rotation formulas. That's the majority of the non-calculator MC and FRQs
Fuckkkkkk man the last lady got me thinking, she seemed so happy and upbeat when I'm sure deep down she's hurting, the world is a cruel place. Hope she's doing good, prayers go out to her and I hope her case goes well 🙏🏽
Damn that lady at then end been through so much and hasn't let any of break her spirit. She's an inspiration and a reminder to not let the evil of this world break you. Bad things happen to good people but we gotta trust in God and believe He truly loves us all and that life can be more than just pain and sadness. RIP to her son and daughter and God bless her.
I love how the guy at the beginning asked the girl the simple question of, "Who am I?" Change doesn't start with the rich and famous, nor are they obligated to do anything. Nobody is. But we all have choices, and what we as people choose to do with our choices, is what will change the minds of others.
That was dead beautiful. He really cares for the people he raps about. People say he paints pictures of despair but he just holds optimistic mirrors to the world. Sometimes our own ugliness pierces our perception, causing cynical pessimism
“Affected by the mass incarceration in this nation, that sent your pops to prison when he needed education! Sometimes I think that segregation would of done us better” he drops so many Jewels in his songs 🔥✊🏾👑
Cole is just real. He doesn't do anything but stay out of the spotlight and rap about what's real to him. That's why I love him. I understand the boring comments, but sometimes I need to listen to someone who's chill and poetic. He can paint a picture or a scene with his songs that a lot of rappers now a days can't do. He ain't trying to come up with the craziest beats or come up with fake words or rap the fastest, he's just fuckin real. Much love Cole!!! Seeing you in August and I can't wait ❤❤❤
He needed the hits back in 2009 - 2011. After Born Sinner he was already a star. All he really needed was the exposure and now he can just sit back and chill and make great music. He sold 500k the first week without promotion for an album about some real shit. Him and Kendrick have the biggest impact on this generation. Future took months to go Gold. Rick Ross sold 100k the first week. Kendrick sold 610k and Cole 493k. Nothing beats those numbers. Rapping about real stuff & doing numbers >>>>> Typical Rap. Drake is Pop/Rap and he's great but Kendrick and Cole are 100% positive.
That last woman, good grief. I can't imagine what her life must've been like. Even though she's smiling, there still is hurt in her eyes. But also hope, strength, resilience and faith. I have a lot of respect for that. AND working 3 jobs @ 52. What a great soul. Keep on living ma'am!
Chorrell Piqué see this is God right here . I was just watching that part and looking for someone to mention that and your comment just popped up within a sec. god bless 🙏🏾
It's 2021. This film was taken of UA-cam for roughly 2 years. It's a beautiful as the first time I watched it. Just hearing the bass in 4 your eyez only brings me to tears. Thank you for bringing this back.
Future Stein no, ur life is growing. not on hold. once u listen to learn like Cole did throughout. he never once tried to answer back, just listened to learn.
I feel like javari is coles best song to this day hands down, the recreation of Jesus’ story in modern society goes to show how strong of a message it really is
she opened up my eyes and honestly my heart hurts because of her story but im happy because if she's moving through that, i can move through my stuff too feel me?
One of the best ways to hear J Coles music is through these films. Its shows a glimpse into what Cole was seeing and feeling and trying to express in the music. This man isnt just a rapper. He isnt just a storyteller. He is the voice of many. He uses his fame to put a spotlight on the harsher parts of life. Im just humbled and happy that there is someone out there like him. Coleworld.
It's crazy how the lady at the end didn't know he was such a famous person or was humbled enough not to treat him different but I bet if she went home that night and told her kids she met a man named Jermaine/J. Cole, they were probably like WHAAAT. lol i love him and I cant wait to go to his concert in Chicago this July. Who else is going to his concert?
Lived in the ville for 7 years the poverty is very high. A lot of rough areas this documentary definitely took me back. This is nothing short of a masterpiece
I wouldn't think of it that way, it's a documentary man a lot of people don't like documentaries. I mean the one Macklemore did for drug addiction last year was amazing and I believe it's still less than half a million views, but if 1.3Mil people watch this then that's a million people inspired because this was amazing✌🏼
I am old as I need to be. I have children older than J. Cole but he is a young man that's genuine, authentic, informed. I really enjoy his music.... I usually buy the "clean" version.
Sometimes I find myself dreaming Hella Big, and honestly I scare the shit out of myself too, on how high am aiming, but watching Cole being who he is, it's like seeing hope and light in my future. Thank you Cole. Honestly thank you man.
2 years later and that final scene remains one of the most powerful scenes I've seen in my life. And I'm not the most religious man. Thank you Jermaine.
Ive been listening to his muisc ONLY straight for a week. I've been having a tough time for a few months now and what has gotten me through thus last week has been his muisc. This is the happiest I've felt in a while. He's muisc is uplifting with honesty amd wisdom.
J. cole should have be more popular than he is right now. Bicause he is the real rapper. He is not like others who do it only for money, bitches or fame. The world need more rappers like him.
yoshi23805 it's funny because he made him just seem normal that's his son he's regular to him but other people are obsessed with fame and put celebrities on a pedestal and we all just human
Man I know it probably would never happen, but this is the stuff we need in schools so real . Just showing life and real problems. Cole is such an inspiration.
I truly am late on watching this, but i just have no words. my heart is in shock, good and bad. but most of all it was so emotional beautiful and just ..no words

Max Bushmich it's irony cause it TOOK him dying for all that to be achived
Max Bushmich if its irony then yea it works
Not a chain or dollar in sight
Jayson Jackson he don’t need it that’s why I feel like he’s so different from these now rappers
Lady at the end was speaking straight facts. "So many of us are angry, confused and hurting" .
Gotta keep your head up, self reflect, strive for better and keep it moving.

Cole out here making GOAT moves like a shepherd
10/10 album
J. Cole's one of those dudes you can be older than, but still learn mad shit from
DaveDott you can learn shit from anybody no matter the age no man or woman have infinite knowledge
he's a young og
the end is really inspiring like the woman is 52 old has a 3 jobs her son was killed her daughter was murdered and she still standing strong , what a true woman like she said " you gotta keep moving" 👌
I´m guessing she´s james daughter... Full circle right there
absolutely beautiful person with amazing skin she's got better skin than me and I'm 19 haha
are you Somalian?
I liked that part too, her spirit was felt like she would not let death be the thing to hold her down. Her spirit felt like birds flying, it just sored to better things. Amen
Mohamed MouSa AMEN...
I'm kabelo motsiri from south Africa and I'm always lookin' up to j.cole he is my role model and this is 1 of the greatest documentary ever.
This gave me chills and I know that I am here for a reason and I believe in God and universe will heal my pain
Quad Squad beautiful message my friend, we must ignore the negativity and have positivity be prominent
Quad Squad that's the power of real music man
damn i was actually tryna study for my finals
Joel same
Joel 4 more AP tests.. why this gotta drop now
Aiden G lol APs were a joke. College finals x1000 harder
Tips on cramming for AP calc in 5 min? This is the rest of my night now....I ain't mad tho
William Woidat depends which Cal exam. I took BC and it was a joke. Just remember the volumes of rotation formulas. That's the majority of the non-calculator MC and FRQs
"God is the answer".
Mam you an inspiration for kids like us.
an absolute masterpiece.
Fuckkkkkk man the last lady got me thinking, she seemed so happy and upbeat when I'm sure deep down she's hurting, the world is a cruel place. Hope she's doing good, prayers go out to her and I hope her case goes well 🙏🏽
Dean man this world is a cold place shit crazy🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 prayers goes out to her
Damn that lady at then end been through so much and hasn't let any of break her spirit. She's an inspiration and a reminder to not let the evil of this world break you. Bad things happen to good people but we gotta trust in God and believe He truly loves us all and that life can be more than just pain and sadness. RIP to her son and daughter and God bless her.
David Baudin glory be to god
+StarWars Battle Front . DB h115115
Im here tearing up. People like that are why I havent given up on my own life
David Baudin Fuck god do that shit yourself.
"Little things can change your life, a book, a movie, a song " thanks for you changing my life J Cole
January 28th, a God was Born!! One of The Realest and Greatest MC's of this Generation to ever do it!!
He's the most normal rich rapper I've ever seen. He's a humble dude and that's good.
"You can dream but don't neglect the execution....".... Enough said .
its sad how people don't appreciate Cole's music
He's the one of the realest
I watched this 4 times and I am back again watching it just before KOD drops.
I love how the guy at the beginning asked the girl the simple question of, "Who am I?" Change doesn't start with the rich and famous, nor are they obligated to do anything. Nobody is. But we all have choices, and what we as people choose to do with our choices, is what will change the minds of others.
Amen
Well worded

this video just made me like 4 your eyez only even more

Juan youll like it more when this story comes to a conclusion.
Bianca Gabriella me too! Aug 11th for me
nowadays* and I couldn't have said better than you did. A true artist indeed!
Lashun Harris What's goin on in August? Is cole touring or just meeting and saying hi to fans?
Matt Courtenay ATL j cole tour
That last woman, good grief. I can't imagine what her life must've been like. Even though she's smiling, there still is hurt in her eyes. But also hope, strength, resilience and faith. I have a lot of respect for that. AND working 3 jobs @ 52. What a great soul. Keep on living ma'am!
Chorrell Piqué then there are some people who say life sucks coz the WiFi ain't working when there r people like that woman around the world
Chorrell Piqué i could NEVER be as strong as that woman ever
Chorrell Piqué see this is God right here . I was just watching that part and looking for someone to mention that and your comment just popped up within a sec. god bless 🙏🏾
Thats a strong Person Right there.
It's 2021.
This film was taken of UA-cam for roughly 2 years.
It's a beautiful as the first time I watched it. Just hearing the bass in 4 your eyez only brings me to tears. Thank you for bringing this back.
I love Cole he’s gunna leave a mark on this world❤️❤️
This made me appreciate 4 your eyez only so much more

Putting life on hold for 48 minutes
Future Stein yes sir!
Future Stein no, ur life is growing. not on hold. once u listen to learn like Cole did throughout. he never once tried to answer back, just listened to learn.
favorite album man, its just a masterpiece!
I feel like javari is coles best song to this day hands down, the recreation of Jesus’ story in modern society goes to show how strong of a message it really is
Lady at the end's story was devastating ☹️.
Gotta keep moving.
she opened up my eyes and honestly my heart hurts because of her story but im happy because if she's moving through that, i can move through my stuff too feel me?
Got ME CRRYYIIINGG !!!! LIKE YOW SON LIFE's REAL

DoubleA Tv i think the real question is who didnt
DoubleA Tv I did🔥🔥❤️😍
One of the best ways to hear J Coles music is through these films. Coleworld.
Tears? What tears? It's just allergy season... Leave me alone
Bianca Reyes
I'll go just to catch a glimpse of your beauty in person.
Daniel Herrera i'm dead 💀
Bianca Reyes ill go with u bby girll hmu

Bianca Reyes I'm going!!! Actually probably meet him as well

this video is a monthly occurrence for me just love how real cole is, coleworld forever repping from the UK
Just Changed My Whole Point Of View Of Life
J. Cole understands how to connect and talk real with people on a spiritual level. He allows other individuals to speak their mind.
This is one of the best things I’ve ever seen before
Lived in the ville for 7 years the poverty is very high. A lot of rough areas this documentary definitely took me back. This is nothing short of a masterpiece
Only 1.3 M views ? Maan, people don't like seeing reality no more. it's a shame.
Great documentary btw
I wouldn't think of it that way, it's a documentary man a lot of people don't like documentaries. I mean the one Macklemore did for drug addiction last year was amazing and I believe it's still less than half a million views, but if 1.3Mil people watch this then that's a million people inspired because this was amazing✌🏼
I just didn’t know about it so it more about ppl sharing reality then people wanting to see it
2.2M View Now My Nigga
We're at 2.2m. I understand views matter, but what's the point of the video to you? What's the message that they are trying to get out?
@@kingjinxy683 Wow, I see what you're asking. Respect to you.
Love the positivity in the comments section 🙏🏽.
I can really appreciate the album even more after seeing this documentary
Man that last lady on the video got my hair standing. What on earth maaaan. I grew up with hip hop, much love from Malaysiaa!!
I am old as I need to be. I have children older than J. Cole but he is a young man that's genuine, authentic, informed. I really enjoy his music.... I usually buy the "clean" version.
Jcole and kendrick is pretty much all we need.
_ _ if one more nigga doesn't mention Chance in this type of comment
_ _ Joey badass should get more recognition
_ _ He might be up there at the top with them after his last project. I haven't heard it but I heard it was really good
_ _ Ikr!
Mac miller invited to the cookout?
J Cole " The Prophet ... He's not just a Rapper or a Artist ... His a Role Model & Positive Spirit ! Something I Pray for Frequently
These a master's masterpiece 🙏🏼🕰️
this is such an eye opener
That lady at the end was deep.
Keith Wright i showed that to friend and he replied his life wouldve went completely opposite.
that woman is a saint/angel.
Keith Wright That woman was so beautiful. Amazing outlook on life, even when she has her own struggles. Just incredible.
Sometimes I find myself dreaming Hella Big, and honestly I scare the shit out of myself too, on how high am aiming, but watching Cole being who he is, it's like seeing hope and light in my future. Thank you Cole. Honestly thank you man.
Mike Ndaba chase your dreams homie🙌🙏 imma do the same
+Vibez ima do the same this is inspiring to say the least 🙏
Mike Ndaba Dream big man, you have the capability to do anything you put your mind to, I believe in you.
i believe in you too man!!,, everyone should dream big
You too guys, I wish u all the best in your dream chasing moments.... See you on the other side... ☺️
38:22 "my son is here the rapper." man that line gets me everytime.
yoshi23805 how
47Tunes Because that's his dad that's like the first time the public ever seen J.Cole's dad.
yoshi23805 Thanks for explaining, got busy so couldn't get to the time stamp you put up
yoshi23805 also wanted to know how does it get to you?
yoshi23805 it's funny because he made him just seem normal that's his son he's regular to him but other people are obsessed with fame and put celebrities on a pedestal and we all just human
Shari London you watched it late for a reason.
TreVann- Rashad and what’s that reason???
I'm even more late, were all vibing to this unspoken talent though. Cole World
I'm happy to be living in the era of J.Cole.
