Used to work in my family Chinese takeaway and we also sold fish and chip till they retired... kinda miss working there. Only thing I do differently is drain the oil for 10 seconds before putting it on the heater counter... oh not enough vinegar on the meal but none the less looks well cooked and tasty
AJ going home to open a traditional Brit chippy. 😂 Bit of trivia for you. Back in 90's a friend who lived in Vancouver BC and I discussed opening UK style chippy. We talked ourselves out of it. I wish we'd done it.
