Bro no offense...but there are so many wrong things in this video...from the 808 going above 0..to multipressor having the auto gain on...I mean...maybe some people "learn" from you and basically they learn the wrong way...the 808 should be felt not heard necessarily...depending on the context but anyway it shouldn't peak...and the autogain in multipressor will make your beat like a wave..sounds wavier...maybe applied on a melody can benefit u more..as an effect but otherwise ruins the whole beat...simple is better..same as the guys using FL...you just need a soft clipper on the master and that's it...maybe the most add a bit of saturation or air in the high freq to be more crispy...just few notes maybe it will be useful for the future😎
I've been told by another producer that the multipressor makes for a cleaner overall mix. I see what you're saying tho, I'll take your input and advice. A lot of it comes down to opinion though, if people like the sound I achieve this is how they can get it. Not preaching that this is THE way to do it. Just one option
