Yes !! thank you for raising this question bro changing brand not an issue but if you're changing the viscosity parameters from semi Synthetic to synthetic then it is recommended to use engine oil flush and use engine oil flush only after 10k km service, using this engine oil flush for every service may also kill ur engine thank you for ur Love and Support keep supporting ☺️🤙

Difference between 7100 vs 300v ? Bro
Bro 7100 has 20W-50 and 5W-40 the code 7100 denotes Motul's additives and the Grade denotes SAE viscosity in this you have both semi and full synthetic oils which means it depends upon the bike and specifications of the oil what you need and in 300v also the same these codes are specifically denotes the segment and purpose of bikes

Bro oil SAE la first one is Lower Temperature like 15- or 20 is for Winter adha 15W and the second one is higher temperature like hot 50°c so the oil called 15W-50 is can work in lower 15° in winter and Highest 50° in Summer in India 0° mostly in J&K or in few places only that's y 0w-60 or any lower temperature oil is rarely used in India ☺️
0w60 would become a 5w30 in 2000 kms. It would be shear prone by the clutch gears system
