Rahu and Ketu are opposite to each other and move anticlockwise. Rahu will cover half of chart to reach Ketu and ketu will do the same to reach rahu. Then all planets will come under the circle. How a planet will be out of circle?

Rahu to Kethu is one circle, you take it clock wise or anti clock wise. Out of which is out of circle.

Mars has lot of significations and the effect will be one of them based on which round Jupiter is at present running.
