I agree with you POV Waga.
Last sniper game, I wanted to go exact same build as you, I crushed mid lane, rotated every damn time and was active.
Did the most damage and the least death of my team, still we lacked some survavibility in crucials fight and lost game that we should have won.
My Offlaner tilted on me and my PA carry for random reason and "convinced", through mid game to go damage agh/wanda build instead of disperser.
Sometimes you are wrong, sometimes you are right, but listening to your gut if you have convincing reasons should always be the path. In case you are wrong, you learn for the next time.

@@HidingAllTheWay most of it was in the late game, when it didn't matter much.
Also he had so much defensive itens that made him stay in the fights longer, but lacked the dagame to finish off heroes, usually leaving him alive after a lost fight.
In my opinion the buid was bad, 4 defensive itens, plus the wraith bands, is way too much (dragon/blink/shard and disperser), also he needed a silver edge instead of blink, they were reling on PA for the break, but didnt worked out.
But i mean, history is told by the winners, so who knows.

Great logic by Waga, pose no threat and enemy doesn't go on you. He did most damage but most was against bb or rolling pango, he never posed a kill threat

I thought the same thing. At the end he says how he has the most damage but 10k of that damage is just from that last base defense.
No one tried to counter bristle so he bodied the teamfights.

It is nice, but it would be nicer to see the map here on UA-cam. How does gorgc manage to do it, maybe it's replicable?
15K+ of that damage is from tickling Bristle and Troll from within his fountain while they are ending/goofing around but OK. His main survivability was (1) Fountain and (2) being barely an inconvenience instead of a threat.
Snipers in 2K have the exact same excuse when they lose games, by the way.
Thought experiment: Maybe if he bought damage he might have killed more that 1 hero in the last 18 minutes of the game.

Idk what's the purpose of recalibration. You stay jn the same bracket and probably lose like 500-1K mmr
I love how every episode he needs to explain why does he do stuff and why does he have 10 k mmr ahahahhahahahaha
He always sounds defensive when explaining his choices, but his arguments are so solid that I try to replicate in my 3k bracket.
@@BenSilver10 I think its more that he is tired of people questioning his choices despite there probably being like a 8k mmr difference.
On the internet you either go full "acshually 🤓" and overkill on the explanation or you get stuck in a endless "but what aboutism" of people trying to walk around the shorter explanation that did not have all the details that should have been obvious if they know anything on the topic. Its exhausting to deal with whatever you choose but usually its faster to jump directly to the overkill explanation.
@@TheHuffur Probably! I agree that that can be tiring, but the questioning is valid, too. There's no one-size-fits-all build, so people ask why he chose one item instead of the others.
He will dumb things down and explain them in the most simplest term and you’ll still get 2k people in UA-cam comment sections who are apparently better than a 10k player

It's funny how he says that aghs/khanda is feeder build when is the classic on topson (which has like 1 or 2k more mmr than him) and not only he uses that build on pro games (which obviously enters in the debate of "he is relaying on his support, that doesnt happen in a pub") but also he is popular for using this build in his high mmr pubs, when he is not playing with his team, and most of the time is even more countered than waga in this game, which was afraid of being jumped when the only one who could do this was pango, and maybe hoodwink with her blink, but those defensive items was an overkill certainly.
Xm from XG was doing this build (2 WB>treads>dragon lance>aghanim, then pike, khanda, shard etc) at pro scene and doing just fine aswell
I agree with the early game buys but it feels like swift blink wasnt that good, granted at that stage it was already close to over but maybe a daed or mkb would have done more considering the damage from disp.
At that point theres no where left to run its just fountain defense vs bristle. Good try at least

Yes, they technically can focus you down but every time Waga is either late to the fight or hiding and his Mars has always initiated the fights, having focus on him and PA. I think Waga is overestimating his rank and looking down on low ranks.
Let's say if he went damage and survivability like a satanic, bkb, silver edge or butterfly, it would have been more useful than a blink and early hurricane 😂
