    I love pineapple, but don't see pies much. Such a shame, as yours looks delicious. Very nice to see how to make glazed fruit filling with juice, instead of just defaulting to glazed filling in a can.

    Hey Chef. I'm not into pies but I'm really amazed how you did this. The decorative cutter is an amazing tool. Usually I see the maker use a knife to let the pie breath in the oven but the cutter is something I've never seen before and that's a job well done. I did my beef chow fun last week and the family loved it. Hakka cut thick noodles I bought at Costco was the closest I can find as I cannot find thick rice noodles at all, as I wanted to make my chow fun look authentic as possible. I was wondering if you can make one? Also, was wondering if you can make a video on how to sharpen a clever as mine is starting to feel dull but still cutable for the moment as I don't want to ruin a special tool in Chinese cooking. See you again Chef.

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  2 роки тому +1

      I knew your not into baking. But I know you like just to see, how they are made. Regarding chow fun noodle, I have seen dried type and used them. I just boiled the for 2 minutes and rinse in cold running water. Sharpening chinese cleaver with flat grinding stone? easy. I will make video on that subject one day. Thanks for watching.
