i had a 2000 crown vic and i loved the thing. been a mechanic for 6 years now and one day i wanna do a project car. i normally dont like fords but i actually think maybe doing a crown vic would be fun. same chasis as this maquis... im sure if youre willing to shell out the money to get it back and going youll love it too... best of luck buddy ill be watching to see updates!!!
240k and a bad transmission plus rust, most people would say the hell with this thing. I see this car is tugging on your heartstrings and you can't let it go. Welcome to the Panther Platform party.🤣 I've had 4 crown vics and 1 Lincoln Town Car. I gave the Town Car to my dad with 350k on it and I purchased a 08 CVPI. The Lincoln now has 380k and my dad doesn't wanna let it go. It is kind of beat up now. The rear windshield is shattered, it's been hit on the driver's door, but it just keeps on driving.
if all the weld in sheet metal comes out of other sheet metal panels that were going to junk... bondo is just mud with Elmer's glue in it. but in NYC there are a lot of people around right? naturally i found that the more funds that go into things that are other to lunch create a material gap one way or another depending on the local economy that then can allow a person to be perceivably paid more in a odd status of balance... but then i live in a Provence some times pronounced regularly as All Bur Du+i, its a few miles north of Montana. as things go those licensed welders are able to process up to 200 pounds of welding wire from what i tested, its not a cheap knockoff drive circuit... might get near 400 pounds of wire thru it before replacing it, running 110 volt. "just don't do the engine power mods, those are sold to bring more stuff to the scrap yard" hours plus storage shop cost, sure if other things go to scrap their will be lots of welding wire made out of the other things. the 8.8 CV axles brake very easily and the 1 pound wire spools are priced the same as a sandwich for a reason... I didn't need a work permit to do anything i did. 🥸🧐😵💫🤧🤕🙄🤔

It looks good so far especially with those rims its not the fastest but has really decent pick up cant wait to see what you do
I have two yes keep it after you fix it it'll be very reliable
best of luck with it.
Put a p71 engine in it i just got one in mine a week ago
There's literally no difference internally between the engine that's in it and a CVPI engine.
Lemme get that supermoto😏
240k miles it had a good life junk it
Na don’t feel like it
