Full Time Lapse Mount Kinabalu | starting from Timpohon to Panarlaban resthouse.

This video giving you idea level of difficulty trail climbing to Panarlaban Rest house. We are lucky it was sunny day. I recommend climber prepare with compact umbrella incase of rain to prevent shoes getting wet.
Duration track between 3-6 hours. More than 6hr consider you are injured or not prepared enough.
If you have extra money. Rent porter to carry your beg. Must remind porter to reach first or else you waiting them cold with sweating shirt. RM14 Return trip. Rm8 To Panarlaban only.
