That's AMAZING!! Just SO Beautiful! You are THE BEST Instructor of Watercolor I've ever seen on UA-cam & now I'm excited about trying out these techniques myself because I feel like I finally know what to do/the skills. I've wanted to learn how to watercolor for the longest time, and now, you've made a realistic start for me! Thank you SO much for all your videos!!! :)
This is lovely! Recently I saw someone paint a rock to look like a realistic apple and I think I'm going to try and do the same by using your tutorial. So much fun! Thank you.
Wonderful ! Your work is gorgeous and you have a great ability to teach as well. I can't wait to watch all your videos and try the watercolor paintings for myself. I hope you will keep sharing your talents with us through your videos. Thank You!

Hello, I'm a Belgian fan of your apple watercolour. I want to paint an apple to realize a personal bottle sticker for my homemade apple juice and another one for my homemade cider. I will use your technic. The explanation are so good that it looks so easy :) . Bye
Wow! Thanks! Looks like it'll take me quite a few attempts to get something that resembles what you just did, but we'll see. :*) Very good instructions!
I liked the apple very much. However i think painting its shadows would have given it a more realistic effect. Subscribing to you. Keep sharing more! :)
Love your watercolor tutorials! How did u get so good? Do you take classes or are u self-taught? Can't wait to try this tutorial. You are fantastic!!:) hugs, Laura
H i Laura! Thank you so much! ^_^ Well...both! I did take classes in the past but I also worked a lot as a self-taught. I'm an illustrator for children books so I had to learn all the different art techniques. And watercolor is my favorite. Hugs to you
Love your painting and tutorials! Thank you so much. I do have a question - since watercolors dry so much lighter than they look wet, how did you keep your colors so rich?? Did you do more than one layer?? My apples start out with fresh, vibrant color but they dry so light and dull. Any suggestions?? Thanks so much!!
Hi Marianne that's a good question!!! I will talk about this in a video cause it's an interesting topic to talk about...anyway as you can see in my vids yes I apply more than one layer but with watercolors you can't apply too much layers (maximum 3) or it will look ugly and it will lose its freshness. So what you want to do to have more vibrant colors is to put more pigment when you prepare your colors... I spend quite some time to prepare my colors before I start colouring. I also suggest you to experiment on a piece of spare paper trying with more pigmented and less pigmented verions of the same color so you can see what happens... when it comes to watercolors is all about experience! Hope I helped a little you can find me on facebook for more questions and doubts: facebook.com/Fantasvale CIAO!!!
