I have never understood why it was an issue for Teresa that Joe Gorga, Melissa and Kathy joined the cast. If I had the good fortune of being on a show and then some members of my family wanted to join I would be happy for them to share in my good fortune 🙅♂️ And to be honest, if Joe and Melissa hadn't joined the cast I don't think the show would have had enough steam to last all this time as the dynamics of the Guidice/Gorga families have made up most of the show's content- in my opinion.

I think she was upset about it because they were clearly having problems before cameras were rolling (case in point being Joe Gorga's argument with his dad at the christening as well as Daniel saying at the season 2 reunion that Teresa didn't see Joey when he was just born at the hospital) and didn't want: 1) the problems being shown on TV for the entertainment of millions of people, 2) to make the problems worse for a storyline and/or 3) Joe, Melissa and Kathy manipulating the viewers and other cast members into taking their side of the family feud and seeing Teresa as the enemy when the issue is probably not that black and white and there probably isn't a clear good guy/bad guy.

I have never understood why it was an issue for Teresa that Joe Gorga, Melissa and Kathy joined the cast. If I had the good fortune of being on a show and then some members of my family wanted to join I would be happy for them to share in my good fortune 🙅♂️ And to be honest, if Joe and Melissa hadn't joined the cast I don't think the show would have had enough steam to last all this time as the dynamics of the Guidice/Gorga families have made up most of the show's content- in my opinion.
It's not about Teresa being selfish and not wanting to share good fortune. I think she was upset about it because they were clearly having problems before cameras were rolling (case in point being Joe Gorga's argument with his dad at the christening as well as Daniel saying at the season 2 reunion that Teresa didn't see Joey when he was just born at the hospital) and didn't want:
1) the problems being shown on TV for the entertainment of millions of people,
2) to make the problems worse for a storyline and/or
3) Joe, Melissa and Kathy manipulating the viewers and other cast members into taking their side of the family feud and seeing Teresa as the enemy when the issue is probably not that black and white and there probably isn't a clear good guy/bad guy.
I agree I feel that teresa didn’t mind her families join in in on her she just didn’t think they were all going to gang up on her especially Joe her brother very hardheaded like he wanted attention just make up with your sister and move on!!!

They came on the show to attack her, was the good fortune worth distorting your family? Their kids don’t even speak anymore and they’re cousins! I’m sorry if you’re not on good terms with someone in your family why are you trying to get on a show they were on first to attack them???
So sad! Teresa has been the aggressor for SOOOO many years. All she does is blame everyone else for her problems, demand blind loyalty, & constantly saying everyone is lying. Never any accountability. At least Andy addresses her narcissistic attitude! No accountability from this one … it continues!

The gaslight behavior oozing out of Caroline and melissa with the questions following “what is wrong with her?” The gaslighting they are passing off as offended remarks and playing the Victim. These women were the true evil ones of this show and years later almost a decade Teresa gets vindicated!!!!
