- Comedian, actor, and long-time friend Dane Cook joins the podcast for its final episode. Dane shares his journey to the stage, opening up about his battle with social anxiety as a child and how his parents' personalities influenced his acts.
Bob and Dane tackle a share of serious subjects, including their memories of the late Robin Williams and Louis Anderson, how pain can develop into great comedy, and Dane's experience having to put his older half-brother in jail over
After decades in the industry, Dane believes you don't have to be limited to one facet of comedy. With a brand new special on the way this year, Dane continues to cultivate new ideas and projects that allow him to explore areas of his career beyond standup.

About the Podcast:
BOB SAGET’S HERE FOR YOU is a podcast that is like no other- Because it goes inside Bob’s Saget’s mind, and then quickly filters out through his mouth. Bob has a way of calming people with genuine empathy and humor while they’re going through a difficult time, which we all are at present. Reaching his unusually diverse audience that he talks to as a friend, Bob is the dad with great advice, the irreverent funny guy who’s always there when you need a laugh, and the free-associative Bob who goes off on crazy tangents then returns to the subject at hand, as serious or as comedic as it may be, to wrap up each episode in a way only Bob can do. Because he really does believe, “He’s here for you."

Please keep this channel up forever. Listening to Bob in an open format like this is so heartwarming and it really shows just how many people he loved and loved him. I get lost in his podcasts and while I'm watching them, just for a moment, it's like he's still here. Bob had this incredible presence that just makes you happy.
!!! This !!!
I found this podcast when I found out he passed. I wish I knew about it when it started. I hope it will stay up❤❤❤ it is helping me to get threw my grief of my father passing in September 2021. Oddly enough💔💔💔😭😭😭
He died
@Socks Cartwright I know. What I meant, is that the podcasts are on You Tube to stay. So I can watch them whenever I want.
Well this is too sad
1:05 Bob- “I hate losing funny people.” …me too Bob. RIP
he was murdered hit in the head with something as he slept in a hotel in Orlando. Maybe Dane Cook did not want the interview to air?
Even thought it's a posthumous release, it still warms my heart to see a new podcast episode from Bob Saget one final time.
I'm glad he did this podcast during his final months. Such a very kind human being, a great comedian, and my favorite TV dad. We still miss you, Bob.
It really does. It’s almost like he’s still here with us 😔
I just watched the one where he interviewed louie anderson, it made it feel very surreal that they're both gone now..
THE SHOW'S OVER!!!!!! 1987-2020!!!!!!!
R.I.P Robert Lane "Bob" Saget
I'm still hurting over the loss of Bob. I was raised on AFHV and his episodes got me through some tough times in my life since I was a kid. I got into his stand-up and Full House when I was in college, and those were comforting to me during really tough times in my life. I never had the chance to meet him or see his stand-up live, but it felt like I knew him. He will forever be missed.
I can only imagine how devastated Dane was when he heard the news, but I’m happy for him that he got this moment to be on the podcast and tell Bob how much he meant to him. I’m sure so many people that knew him didn’t get that chance. RIP
Happy to see at least one more podcast with the legend that is Bob Saget..
I'm here not knowing whether to laugh or cry. I miss Bob so very much, he's gone when we need him more than ever.
Bill looks puffy. I bet he’s been stuffing his face over the weekend and now regretting it -- for a hundredth time…
Yea this one is hard to watch..once I seen him pop up I'm like ughhh
Happy Birthday Bob (wherever you are)! Miss you! So glad you were here! ❤
Happy birthday to you both 😊
It’s very eerie to see bob so healthy and sharp and at any moment, whether it be a stroke or an aneurysm etc, it can all end for any of us.
I’m going to try to be there for others like Bob
That's what I am doing.
Agreed. He was on the road, doing bad ass on his tour and seemed to really be at a high point in life. It’s sad to see him leave like that, but he truly did go out while he was happy and doing his thing! All of us would want that for ourself
He died
👏 👏 👏 👏
I can barely bring myself to watch these. Bob was one of those people that I thought wouldn't die until he was 100 years old. It's so sad he's gone. Thanks for the laughs bob.
I never had the pleasure of meeting Bob but I wish he was still here for us. He’ll never be forgotten.
Thank you for 130 podcasts, Bob. I wish there were more.
How lovely to see these videos keep popping up from Bob Saget….it’s bittersweet….on one hand it’s almost as if he is still here with us….on the other hand we are reminded that this world lost one of the most wonderful and kind people…my heart is still breaking….I don’t know why I cannot get over this…..I send my prayers to his wife, daughters and all of his loved ones….many of us watching didn’t know him personally but we are still hurting so much ….I can only begin to imagine the pain they all must be feeling…😢😢😢😢😢💔💔💔💔💔🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I understand completely. I felt how you are over Norm Macdonald. I felt honest to god grief over his death. It was as if I had lost family and not just someone famous. I had not felt that way before and so far haven’t sense (though Bob’s death bothered me too). I think there are just some people who are that special that when they die, it’s like a piece of you is missing. RIP both to Bob and Norm. I hope they’re up there making each other laugh ❤️
Been watching all of his podcasts since he passed. Thought Cho was the final, glad we get just one more. Wish more people in show biz were like Bob. Bill's a good egg--grateful for one last upload. #RestInPeaceBob
Yea I’m confused, this was the same message of Bill Burr saying it was his last episode of the podcast with Cho episode. I wonder if there’s still others... or if this was really the last and they didn’t know then when they released it or which was really the last. Would be trippy if they just keep releasing more and Burr giving the message it was the last...
I get teary eyed every time I see a video pop up from Bob or of Bob. Such a huge loss. I am glad we get another episode. I will forever be grateful for having met Bob and experienced his kindness ❤️
Such a poignant send off to his final episode of Bob Saget's Here For You. Phenomenal human and presence. Saw him 10 years ago, just beaming with life.
Bob will live on forever . In the hearts of millions there isn’t a person that didn’t grew up in the 90s watching him . Love you bob and thank you for all the laughs growing up and making my child hood great . You will never been forgotten. Wish I got to meet you ….
I remember going to massive high school parties as a teen in the mid 2000s and music not being played on the speakers, but instead Dane Cook CDs. He was enormously popular
Wow I’m so grateful this was recorded. Been binging full house for the last 2 weeks, I miss him❤️
I’ve always gone back to full house if I need a pick me up . Never fails
Their goodbye made me emotional. Dane saying how much he appreciates Bob and they shared I love you’s, seeing after his death puts a new meaning to it. I’m sure Dane is glad he got the opportunity to speak these things to him before he passed.
Thank you Mr. Dane Cook. What a warm and friendly interview. You both were excited and fun and very passionate about all your friends and standup experiences. I can't believe Mr. Saget is gone still. What a warm soul. Good friend. And, amazing warm hearted talent he was. Miss you and your show Bob. So glad we got to see the last few shows you did. Thank you so very much for being you! I'm sure the angels are getting belly aches from laughing and smiling so hard!
It still doesn't feel like he's gone. I'm watching this thinking that I can't wait for the next episode, to see what guest he's gonna have on. At no point did I get sad thinking that I was watching his last podcast, until it ended. His podcast tribute to Norm really helped me get through Norm's death. And now without even realizing it, this one helped me get through Bob's. We love you Bob.
RIP Bob. Dane was so fricken huge back in the day and now he seems very genuine/nice guy. I will watch his new special!
huge but not funny. His standup was so unfunny Mad TV did sketches mocking it.
Still miss him. He was a wonderful human being.
Rip to America’s dad ❤️
RIP Bob one the sharpest comedic minds ever. Love that guy
Difficult to understand why such a wonderful person was taken so soon. RIP Bob, love you ❤️
Well if you don't use religion and a God as a justification, I think it's easier to come to terms with it. Stuff just happens and that is life. There is no reason and there is no motive; good or bad. It's neutral and it just is. I think the main lesson to take from this is to try to be as kind as you can to people and be there for people when they need you.
For sure he lived a thousand lives compared to us normal people.. he did it ..the American dream he found ..

This was a precious gift today. Thank you. Poor Dane, this must be so cherished now. Bobs legacy has really touched my life.
It warms my heart to see one more episode from the great Bob Saget. I still can't believe he's gone and when I think about it there's a heaviness in my chest. It's crazy because I've only known him from afar, but it's almost the same heaviness I felt when I lost my Dad in August of 2021. It's all so bittersweet. There's so much about it all that makes me sad but then there's so much to be grateful for and to laugh at. In times like these we really need to stand together and we need to find reasons to smile and laugh. Much love to everyone going through something. Know you're not alone. ❤️ Sorry I wish I was better at expressing myself.
Thanks billy. Now my eyes are as red as your face. Loved bob. My aunt has scleroderma and I educated my mother because of bob. Thanks bill. Please keep YOUR chin up... Your comedy keeps my depression at bay cause when I'm laughin I ain't cryin. RIP
Thanks Bill so glad we're able to hear Bob still.
It was truly a pleasure to listen to him interact with others. In between the jokes, you could tell that he was a sweet man.
I usually watch these in pieces. 10 minutes here, 5 minutes there. I watched this straight through.
The following is meant as a compliment. Bob is dead and he still makes me laugh. He still eases my pain. He still makes my heart happy.
Thank You Bob.
❤️
That ending... Oh my goodness. Bittersweet indeed. Tell the folk you love and like how much they mean. Cheers.
Bob was the most person to have been so delighted with a kind heat and he will never stop his is also gonna be by your side and never leave but even thought he is gone his legacy with go on, it is devastating about the news but to all like he has said "Bob Saget is here for you.."
#Makegodlaughbobsagets #RestinpeaceBobsagets #Bobsagetisalwayshereforyou
Bob was a beautiful soul. All men should stive for such a life. Not the fame, but to love so deeply and to be so deeply loved.
Gone but never forgotten.
I'm going to miss these pods. 💔 This one was hard to listen to without crying every few minutes, but I'm thankful it was shared with us.
Great guest for the final episode. We miss you Bob but all are comforted knowing you’re making all of heaven laugh
Love you Bill! Love you Bob!
Watching AFHV with my kids for the first time. Couldn't help tearing up. We miss you.
It was only months ago, you cried for your brother Norm. Now we cry for you... Like you said for Norm. It's a hard dbl hitter! At least your with Norm. Never cried like this In a long time. God receive you both. Both... Too soon!
I listened to Dane Cooks standup albums driving across America from CT to CA and back again. I will always recognize that voice!
Love this.. Bob had such a big heart and made whomever he was talking with feel how much he genuinely cared about them. What a great great man. God bless his family.
I never knew Bon personally but I really love this podcast. I'm missing him.
Rest in peace. I saw Bob at the comedy connection at Fanual Hall in Boston in the early 2000s you could still smoke in there. He was so dirty compared to full house I was caught off guard. Lol. He was hilarious excellent show he killed. It was a great club, good atmosphere. Also saw Chappelle, Pauley shore, Dick Sweeny and a bunch of other good comics there.
Thank you for all the smiles and good vibes, Bob
We all miss you, Bob. You were a legend, and you definitely made us all smile.
RIP
RIP LEGEND
We love you, Bob.
He spread himself too thin.
He put out total love.
💔😞💚🙏
1:04:59 : "I hate losing funny people". Me too Bob. Me too.
Just getting an update saying Bob Saget is posting hurts my soul.
We Love you Bob, thanks for making us all laugh then, now and forever.
He performed in the arena. That special was amazing. Dane Cook stood when alot we're not standing out. Haven't thought about Dane in awhile. He was so popular in the mid 2000s it was crazy his shows. So much energy and so damn funny.
Oh God. I don't know if I'm ready to watch this yet.
Oh God this is sad. He will be sorely missed
It’s always so inconceivable when someone dies that looks as alive as Bob did before he passed
Great last guest. Love Dane. We miss you Bobbers. RIP
This was so beautiful his last episode is with one of my favorite up and coming comedians Dane Cook.
I loved hearing the story about Robin Williams giving him a tour of the hook set.
Hook was one of my favorite movies growing up and I'm a little older than Robin's daughter Zelda. So it was nice to hear how Robin mentored him.
I'm going to miss Bob so much but to know he's reunited with his beloved sister's in heaven really comforts and brings peace to my soul.
Bob was really misunderstood and used comedy as a coping mechanism and that's something I learned to do from Robin and him at an early age!!
I went through so much in my life but Robin and Bob always taught me that being a good hearted person is the best thing and life and God will reward you because you are being faithful to his will for your life. Just like Robin did in the movie "Patch Addams" which was based on a book that was actually based on a true story.
Some say you were too nice Bob and alot of people say that about me!!
I love you and miss you will miss you forever in my John Stamos voice !!
😂😂😂😂
I promise to look out for Aubrey, Lara and Jennifer as you did for me!!
I love you Bob forever and always 😥😥😥😥😥😥
I'm sure my family members are hugging you in heaven because I never got to in person like I wanted to!! I love you and miss you so much!!💕💕😥😥😥😥😯🙏🙏🙏🙏
Dane Cook's Christ Chex bit was legendary. Me and my sister still laugh like idiots screaming Good morning! Life is Beautiful!
Thank you Bob, Kelly, bill for this.
You aged well sir. A legend of the comedy store. A legend of life's craziness itself. Thanks for the laughs.
Thank you Bob. 39 years old and you made my little world a whole lot better.
This episode is so cool. I’m a nobody who has had the privilege of speaking to both of these awesome humans. Bob twice, Dane once. Always looking forward to talking to comedians. Love you both, miss you Bob.
I am going to miss Bob so much he was of the greats 👍 I loved his stand up so much Zero to Sixty was so funny...I grew up watching him and after he was gone from AFV it was never the same IMO...R.I.P Bob you got a lot of great comedians up their with you right now I can't imagine the party they had at the gates when Bob got their..
This will start to show up on everyone's recommendations slowly, like it did on mine. And soon this full house will be fuller. Rest in peace dude.
I loved this podcast. I always thoroughly enjoyed Bob in everything he did. Selfishly, I am going to miss it/him. To all of his friends and family that knew him personally, my condolences. God bless and keep your chins up. You never really get over it, you just have to get on with it. I always will absolutely and totally enjoyed all of Bob's sense of humor.
Love you Bob and gonna miss your comedic mind. One of the greatest...
Dane Cook, damn funny guy. Haven't checked in on him in quite awhile but saw him perform in the round years back with Bobby Kelly opening. We laughed our asses off with 10,000 people for a couple hours. Good to see him again;
Thank you for honoring him Bill 💙😢
go bless Bob and rip to him, and may god bless us all here out to make it through the rough times, as we always do somehow! take care all and stay safe
Love love love love. Dane Cook is the man. Always has been. Bob Saget is too. Happy DC was the final guest if there had to be one.
Thank you so much for posting this on behalf of Bob Saget, Dane Cook, and the countless numbers of fans. ❤
My heart is broken that the world has lost a true genuine good soul. we will miss and love you forever Bob.💔
Saget, the hardest working comic in heaven.
This made me feel a way that I can’t even fathom , thank you bill , thank you bob
I miss you so much Bob. I didn’t even know how much I would miss you. Love you.

We all need to love like Bob did. I truly wish I could of spoke to him , even for a moment
That was absolutely awesome! What a sweetheart!!
I honestly can't process this this is too bittersweet
Still can't believe that he is gone. He seemed like someone who was doing well. Just like that, he's gone. So sad!
Thanks for uploading.
Keep going
RIP
My earliest memories of Bob are from AFV.
What a legend.
Finally got around to listening to this one. Definitely a heartbreaking episode. Of course it had to recommend me the Louie Anderson episode. So, at least there is a well of podcasts I haven't heard yet. RIP Bob.
I hope this stays up I actually find it relaxing hearing it
Even though this was recorded days before Bob Saget passed away, I still think that this is awesome because it allowed me to see Bob at work one more time. I can't believe that he's no longer physically around. At least his legacy will live on forever on UA-cam.
Love you always, Bob
A treasure to enjoy. TY 4ever to Bob for GIVING so much of Himself creating JOY for the world. & TY Dane for creating sidesplitting Laughter with such ELECTRICITY⚡like only you can Man!
The news about the head trauma really affected me. Rest in peace, dear Bob.
You’ll always be one of the good ones, Bob. Funny and from the Delaware Valley in NJ/PA
can't wait for new episodes
He Died bro :/
This was the last one Bob filmed, there is no more new ones. It wasn't like Alex Trebek where he was filming multiple episodes a day.
Thanks Bob. Thanks Bill. Thanks Dane.
Bob is a spark forevermore
Bob Saget is a gift to humanity
This was great . Thanks for sharing
I thoroughly enjoyed this, especially Bob's story about him and Ronin on the hook set.
Who’ll shit he’s not gone! Celebrate this mother of natural comedic talent!
Watch every thing he did
Thank you for being alive and sharing your life
Your life should be imitated by many of us
Thank you.💖
He would be proud of you Billy boy. I've seen most of these podcast with u and him, not only that, but how both of you 2 talk together. Rodney would of been proud. Pass that grinder son!
