I teared up several times during this pod. What beautiful words and stories about Bob. As child who was grew up in SF this show is still very special to me. My family once lived in a house off of Potrero Ave which housed my Mom, dad, brother, 2 Aunts, Unble, 2 cousins and my grandma. The show felt like home and I thought everybody grew up like full house only to realize later in life the reason We all lived together was because the cost of living in SF is insane.
I got to meet John Stamos when I performed at Epcot candlelight processional 19 years ago. He was so nice and instead of listening to the security guards he pushed them aside to talk to my friends and I when we were 14. I am now 33 and will never forget his kind words! Love you both!!
I saw that one! I was there the year he gave the reading for the candlelight processional, I thought he gave an incredible reading; his and Brad Garrett’s were my favorites. That’s so cool you got to perform and meet him!
Yes TGIF was when we all sat together as a Family and Binge watch everything for 3 or 4 hours. Eating with Peanut M&M's,or Cheesy Bread mom made in the oven or ice-cream. Made lots of memories. I wish we still had something like this.
I also loved TGIF and I am a 90's kid myself and when I see the tv shows they are showing today for kids, I honestly feel bad for the kids that they don't know and will never know what are actually good shows.
37:22 This is will be the saddest part of the podcast, I guarantee it.😭 This is also exactly why there HAS to be a Fullest House, John. Somewhere Bob knew he wouldn't be around long, but that the Fandom needs to continue. That would be the best way to honor Bob.❤
I’m 21, so I obviously was not alive when the show originally came on. But it was a huge part of my childhood, and Fuller House was a huge part of my teenage years. Dave and John, you and the rest of the cast are like another family to me, and I’m sure many others feel the same way. I hope you both are doing very well :)
I’m a 39 year old man and I’m super pumped about this podcast. Full House transcended the family sitcom in the 90s. It was larger than life. Thanks Dave. Can’t wait for this journey.
My 11 year old daughter is addicted to Full House. I couldn't tell you how often she has watched each episode. She actually got me into watching the whole thing again (and Fuller House, which I am almost ashamed to admit took me way too long to realise DJ's married surname was in the name of the show). And I used to love Happy Days growing up, too! ♡
This is the fourth video I have watched with Dave today. I will do this on every video that UA-cam recommends with this dude in it. Dave is the real deal, he is nice to everyone. He is good to people and I noticed that.
I miss Bob so much and it was very sad to lose him. I loved the episode "Our Very First night". I felt like it was one of the first episodes where you all felt like a family.
I love every episode of full house rewind. This episode especially because John and Dave were so genuine about Bob. I remember when I saw Dave doing standup in New York May 2015, I was 5 months pregnant with my son. As expected Dave was hilarious, I honestly thought I pee’d myself. He was really sweet , sweet enough to take a picture with me my husband, my sister, and her boyfriend. Truly a gem ….thank you for being such a big part of my childhood. FYI, I just binge watched full house and Fuller house 3 times.
Full house was one of my favorite TV shows growing up. After my mom passed away in 2011, I found myself staying up late, watching reruns of the show on Nick night to help comfort me through the loss of her.
I just love how you have video to go with your podcast. It’s so nice seeing you and John reminiscing about the show, and your relationship with each other.
Love you John and Dave. It’s so awesome that your brotherhood has continued on for so many years and you could bring so much joy and laughter to us FH fans ❤
Both of you have great stories and I always love to hear them! As a Michigan resident, I have enjoyed following your careers over the years. And John mentioning Pine Knob in his memories was awesome. It would have been awesome to see your standup in Detroit in the early days. Each of you are very talented in your own ways. It is heartwarming the friendship you have with each other. Thanks for having John on. I love seeing you together again.
Thanks Dave for getting this podcast up and running for us all. Full House is my favorite show of all time. I’m an 80s kid. This show is my happy place. ❤and learning more about the episodes and behind the scenes is amazing. Thank you!
You know it’s a good day when you finally see a new full house podcast So happy to see the podcast back and seeing my two favorite people together love hearing the back stories you guys share about full house or about Bob he really seemed like a such a kind soul I just know he’s probably telling everyone up in heaven about the podcast and hyping it up and saying how proud he must be of both of you can’t wait to see more episodes and the rest of the cast on the podcast to hear more stories keep it up Dave your doing amazing 🫂❤
Love hearing the stories about you guys, can definitely tell how sentimental you two are when you bring up Bob. I'm very glad the show got picked up.... Y'all were the light of my childhood.
It’s just absolute magic seeing you two together. Uncle Jesse and Joey are a great duo and the genuine chemistry on Full House was so obvious.love you guys.gotta zoom the camera in for the Tanner hug at the end #duelingsammys
Listening to John say, the three of us were… and we don’t have that anymore” looking down. You can tell he really loved Bob and how much he cares for Dave.
I’m so excited for this episode of your podcast! You and John your friendship is everything! & thinking of you guys everyday with, Bob! Just love Full House💜
You have a great dynamic with John Stamos, it was so fun to see that shine through here. You both had such amazing things to say about Bob Sagat, you can feel the emotions. It made me teary. It's so nice to see that you guys are a family. Full House was such a great show, taught so many great life lessons and touched on subjects that everyone could relate to. So happy that you have each other to lean on in good times and bad. This was a fantastic episode.
This is so heartwarming!!!! Two of my fave guys! I’m reading John’s book right now. Just a fantastic guy!! Dave top notch! I’m a Detroiter and share the love of Detroit with you.
I found it funny that John Stamos said that "we need a Full House Podcast and we really don't have any", considering that he just did "How Rude Tanneritos" with Andrea Barber and Jodie Sweetin 😂😂
I think this was recorded quite a bit in advance, and was heavily delayed due to all the strikings and stuff. I noticed that too. Didn’t seem malicious
@LockIsLive yeah, maybe so. He may not have wanted to shoutout another podcast on this one as to not to draw attention away from this one and to not show any disrespect to Dave, which I understand and respect. I have been watching both Podcasts.
Dear Dave, John and Bob, I want to thank you for making my childhood memorable. I didn't have the loving homelife that transpired on the show. In fact, just the terrible opposite. But every Friday night, I would sit down and for thirty minutes, I could breathe. I could laugh. I could be apart of a family that, even though I had never met these people and vise versa, they were my family. I never missed an episode and I was heartbroken when it was over. Since then, I've gotten my oldest niece to watch and adore it and Fuller House and it makes me smile. This was such a loving and heartwarming show that I wish we still had kind of chemistry on television today. Thank you Danny, Jesse and Joey for giving us hope that that kind of life can be reality. Today's sitcoms snipe and tear at and laugh at their family when it shouldn't be like that at all. In this day and age, we need Full House, Cosby Show, Family Matters, Valerie and the like to come back. We've forgotten what family love is. Dave, I've lost loved ones to cancer and much worse. I know it is hard to go through as well as watch someone go through it and I would like to say, you are strong and loving and surrounded by family and friends willing to help you fight this. If Tracy Nelson (Ricky Nelson's daughter) can beat this, I KNOW you will too. Sending prayers and love and warm thoughts to you and your family. You got this! R.A.B.
My daughter 17 now has been watching Full House for the last 3 years and it makes me so happy to see her grow up watching something that meant a lot to me when I was growing up. Thank you Dave for making this podcast, you are amazing!!
Love this episode don’t know if you read these comments or not Dave but full house has and always will be my number 1 show of all time and I have always wanted to meet you John and bob and I had one chance to meet y’all in Dallas comic con but then Covid happened and I was so upset and had money and everything saved up then bob passed away and it broke my heart and I just hope 1 day I will get to meet you and John and hope the whole cast of full house love y’all GOD bless your fan Jasper
Love this and ypu guys!!! Reminds me off the forum(chat on your Website) we all used to be on back in 2007 or sth. The action doll was everywhere too. So fun. Love you guys! All the very best ❤
He couldn't post or even film because of the "writers block" but I think it's lifted now so I'm sure the episodes will be more consistent. I'm so excited for the podcast to finally be able to take off!!
This was so great to listen to and hear about the good ole days. It was a good reminder that tomorrow isn’t promised. I imagine sitting in a room one day listening to your stories all day. ❤
I happen to be a biggest fan of full House and I'm glad to see you both said they're talking I miss all three of you being the comedy and plus Michelle and DJ and Stephanie
I worked backwards on the podcast, I started with Jodi's episode session 2 episode 1. Then Candice, then Andrea, then Lori and finally John. I started watching too CHILL RELAX AND FALL asleep. Here it is 6:50 in the morning and I got ZERO SLEEP. LOL!! 🤦🏻♀️
John's father's Yellow Baskets were the best! I grew up in North Torrance and went to his restaurants. After I moved to OC, I found a Yellow Basket on Westminster Blvd after the North Torrance and Gardena Yellow Baskets had closed.. The man running the YB was John's father. We talked about the old restaurants and neighborhoods.
First 10 minutes and I’m hooked, I was born in 99 so I could the end of it but growing up we always had full house on at my grandparents after school. So nostalgic 😭🙏🏼
It really is comfort food tv. I still re watch fuller house and full house. I was born like a year after the original ended but when the reboot happened I couldn’t have felt more like a kid again
John, that's so cool you were in marching band. Our son (now a senior) plays quads!! He's amazing on the drums!! Side note, Barbara Ann has been a staple for our band for at least 30 years!!
What others guests should I have on?
The Olsen Twins!
Candace Cameron
Jodie Sweetin

There are a lot of super-expensive cities 😏
Episode 1 had me in tears at the end too
😂😂😂❤❤❤

That is cool
Dave : you didnt think i was funny
John : i still don't 😂
The genuine connection and chemistry these two still have is something extraordinary. Its too bad Bob couldn’t also be there.
Growing up in the 90’s was by far the best. TGIF was the best thing to look forward too. Sucks that we all have to get old.
Agreed!
FACTS!
Yes TGIF was when we all sat together as a Family and Binge watch everything for 3 or 4 hours. Eating with Peanut M&M's,or Cheesy Bread mom made in the oven or ice-cream. Made lots of memories. I wish we still had something like this.

Dave Coulier is the sweetest man I've ever met

So glad you guys are still friends. I played Full House all day every weekend when my kids were little. Dude, you must have Kimmy Gibler on the show!
This is the fourth video I have watched with Dave today. I will do this on every video that UA-cam recommends with this dude in it. Dave is the real deal, he is nice to everyone. He is good to people and I noticed that.
