9:30 yea you paid RM which I think is the furthest for the bus. You will see some paying less cause when entering the bus he will ask you you drop off and you will be charged according to the distance. The minimum is RM 1 and the maximum is RM 4.

The bus is already there. In the bus for about 15 mins before it departed. Depart time should be 10am

The buses are different . The government provided free bus takes longer (30 to 1 hour) and you use you Malaysia IDCard or student card. But the payed bus (written mybus) take 5-10 minutes.
Did you have to cross the road on the return trip?
No need. It is the same bus stop. You might have to ask the bus driver where it is heading to before you board.
How did you get to Woodlands?
By bus to woodland interchange. You can also rearch there by MRT.
