It's honestly fun. Just start small like bicycle frame or even some small Craft projects for your significant other. Anything needs painting bust out the airless. Take it all extremely serious in preparation before painting. Preparation is key to a good finish.
Go to a junkyard get a cheap hood or door and practice on those.

One thing my painter taught me at my last job is when you hit the primer, dust it with a flat black spray can to help you see the highs and lows

When welding sheet metal use a air hose to cool it down spot a weld blow it off rinse and repeat rinse and repeat
I like the content brother, but I myself woulda never cut the back outta those fenders. Inner braces are for ride quality and rigidity of our outer body. You'll find your body line traveling as you hit hard bumps, maybe if you bushing the contact points where it's fastened. Might rattle a little over time is all I'm saying but great content regardless

*holes lol sorry i hate to be that dooshbag lol but this is cool idea like is it a actual thing or what ? im asking seriously cuz i have been wonder what i can get for when welding holes in pannels that they dont make or just to much a pain to replace so filling hole be optimal but blowthrou is a bitch .... so yeah thank you for the idea and i am genuinely curious on the welding spoon?

i was curious about your filler primer. on their website it does say its direct to metal. the old stuff i used is up to 180 a kit for a dtm. going to have to give this stuff a go.
