The Hidden Astral Projection Techniques on Shirlest changed everything for me. The explanation of concepts is so clear, and my first astral adventure was surreal!
YO THIS SHIT WORKS I really lucid dreamt and my body got paralyses it was CRAZY. I could literally feel my “body” float up and move around but at the same time my real physical body was still sleeping and not moving
I used to have sleep paralysis so many times that I learnt how to control and why I kept getting them some times I would get sleep paralysis 3 times a night and I would see some pretty scary stuff I don’t get scared anymore cause I know what to expect i never thought I could use it to move into a dream thanks for this ima try this tonight!
Yea it’s hard explaining that you don’t get scared after a few times of seeing some crazy Shii, it’s like facing your biggest fears so now nothing can scare you
this was so powerful i threw my headset away at count 6 when you were counting down from 10-0 it called it a day and i coudn't really think of something that would help protect me so today im gonna buy a crystal for it and to it again im in your debt because this is one of the best guided meditations i have listened to
I used to be terrified of my sleep paralysis until I understood what it was. Since then I‘ve learned to use it and work with it and it has become such a helpful tool! Last time I almost got myself to an out of body experience, it was such an insane feeling. Thank you for this meditation, usually my sleep paralysis come randomly and I always have to wait for the next opportunity lol. Hopefully this video will help to experience it when I want to :)
Hi when you do finally pop out remember that you aren't bound by physical laws and can pass through doors et cetera*,as if you hesitate to pass through you'll pop back into your body again. I just don't want it to ruin it for you.
i used to hate my sleep paralysis and now i love it! of course you never get it when you WANT to it always just happens randomly when you least expect it. i havent had it in a while, which is why im looking to make it happen. practicing AP as well, isnt sleeping SO fun? its almost weird to say but i LOVE sleeping because i have such lucid dreams and its such an awesome place to be, beats the hell out of being awake. lol. hope this video works and good luck to all my sleeping buddies!
Same here, use to HATE sleep paralysis but can now use it to slingshot into lucid dreaming. I've figured out a way to induce it. It works about 50% of the time. It involves mild sedation and forcing myself to stay awake. Now working to perfect the lucidity! Happy dreams. We are the chosen
@@tsuyuasui7297the way I do it is I placed this object in front of my window so I can see it’s silhouette n I focus on it trying to keep my eyes open to the point I’m constantly opening n closing my eyes, usually once I’m dreaming that object disappears from I’m front of the window so it’s silhouette is gone, but I also move my fingers during this state, I read that moving ur fingers while falling asleep n focusing on that while falling asleep can help lucid dream
I'm here because I had sleep paralysis last night and would like to share with you. I was in a very dark hallway in a house of my childhood and at the end of the hall was basically the ring girl with hair covering face. Then she appeared in front of me and nothing but darkness eroded over me and I fell backwards in a room. Thats when my awareness became very aware I'm having sleep paralysis because i was locked up and I tried to speak but couldn't. My eyes opened and I could only see the dark figure standing at my closet and I would not lose this time by fear. Instead I stared back at the figure and was doing my damnest to speak and the first thing I said was "I lu ou" It was very hard to speak.. but I kept trying "I lov.. I lo.. I love ou... I LOVE YOU!" then I said "stop stop stop"louder and louder and clearer and then I was aware that I just fell back asleep in peace. Haha so I'm here and I'm going to do this tonight because my fear is gone. Im filled with love. It's pretty cool I think.

But anyways I’m so happy to hear I got thru the fear, one time during sleep paralysis something was on top of me try to choke me, but I actually was able to fight thru the fear n float out my bed room window n fly around the city I live in But def have had scary experiences b4 n not successfully able to fight they the fear, so I kno the fear is no joke, I hope u continue to fight the fear n have awesome dreams in the future

The best experience of lucid dreaming I had. Thank you so much.I had a couple of lucid dreaming experiences before but this was the first time I did it delibaretly. Recently I’ve been experiencing sleep paralysis and last night when in sleep paralysis I realised I wasn’t that scared. I found a website then went on to youtube and came across with this video and went to sleep again and experienced my first lucid dream I did deliberately. I was so fun. And it wasn’t the first level of dreaming, it was a dream within a dream. I don’t know if that has meaning but I asked my son in my dream how I can wake up (he is 11 and always wanted to lucid dream) but then I remembered from what I read just before I slept that I could just sleep and wake up and did that. It was awesome, thank you so much🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been “suffering” from sleep paralysis for 20 years, it’s only in recent times that I’ve been astral projecting, but not knowing what it was. I found that when Ignored the “shadow” in the room, I garnered its respect, which lead me to believe it’s just a gatekeeper. Now when I get sleep paralysis, I astral project quicker because I carry the memory from the last experience. Get past the gatekeeper, and you can roam longer.
I’ve had sleep paralysis a solid 3 times! My first time I was unable to move or scream but most definitely seen &felt the scary figure pushing against my body. Second and third time came around and I kept my eyes shut and went underneath the blankets once it ended. Although, one night my best friend and I once woke out of our sleep from some sort of feeling of somebody tugging on my blankets/shook the bed.. she’s never experienced a sleep paralysis or nothing but the sensation frightened her more than I since it was new for her. Can anybody explain that?
Girly I know EXACTLY how you feel. A lot of the times it’s just our minds playing tricks on us and hallucinating when we see those figures. I remember one time in 5th grade, I had gotten sleep paralysis and it freaked me tf out, I was so scared. But as I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that it’s nothing to be afraid of. It’s just your body’s way of protecting you from doing any harm to you or others whilst in your sleep. Yes it is a very scary experience cause it feels like you’re being tugged on or being pinned down but just know your body is protecting you in a way that it knows best
Hidden Astral Projection Techniques on Shirlest is a game changer. I was skeptical at first, but the clarity and detail transformed my practice, and I successfully projected out of my body for the first time!
I'm shocked that Hidden Astral Projection Techniques on Shirlest isn't more popular. The level of storytelling and detail is next level, and my first astral projection was a mind-blowing experience!
As usual , you never disappoint !! I have listened at the bed time and at 3 am this morning. This is exactly what I need it lately. I had a sleep paralysis once and got very scared as I was unaware of what is going on . After doing research , i realized what it was . Now i am working on AP again and this new recording definitely comes at the perfect timing. Thank you guys!!
Thank You Nicky. I wanted to share this is like that 50th time I do this with you but for the first time I was listening to kind of white noise in the background or like her TV is not being well tuned. Has anybody else experienced that? Thank you.. I am sending much love.
In recent memory I’ve only had one bout of sleep paralysis about 2 years ago. I’ve been hoping to experience it again but haven’t been able to. I’ve dealt with Hypnagogic many times which is supposed to be linked with it. Recently thinking I saw a shadowy head in the corner of my room a few days ago but no paralysis
I have been practicing lucid dreaming, astral projection etc for two years now… I still have not done it… I have been listening to this one the day it was posted… I have listened to all of the other ones, nothing. Please, what am I doing wrong or what can I do to finally make this happen… I love dreaming and I’m obsessed with it.
Hello! You’re doing nothing wrong dear 🙏 Would highly recommend you to read some books about consciousness, astral projection and lucid dreaming… To get a better understanding about everything ☺️ These guides is simply a tool which can enhance your session, it’s not guaranteed that it will work for you either 🙏 I took nearly 20 months before I was able to induce my first OOBE.. There’s alot of things that can affect your sessions as well.. Diet for example and sleep routine is two significant factors ☺️
I achieved lucid dreaming once and havent been able to do it for ages. I think it was my mindset goin in, and extremely relaxed. Once everything starts shaking u are really close
Sleep paralysis used to scare the daylights out of me. Thought I was dying. But later found out its the gateway to the soul leaving the body. I've been trying to have sleep paralysis again. But I just end up sleeping hard lol.
Hello Trish! This video is for people that need help to master sleep paralysis and transition into the astral realm ☺️ Absolutely nothing to be scared of 🙏
I’m sorry to hear 🙏 Try entering the meditation with a positive mindset ☺️ Everything we experience is triggered somehow. There is thoughts and feelings buried deep in your subconscious mind which can trigger certain emotions in your life. Thats what so great with astral projection, it’s basically a projection of your subconscious mind 🙏 A great way to heal your mind
My experience last night after listening: i felt bright light engulping my face ( twice) , hands getting warmer, hearing sound thru ears was like the one you get when you cover it with your palms. Chest feels heavy, heart beat not normal rythmn. I kept on continuing until i started to get tingly sensation on my hands when i heard the voice " i m ready to enter the astral ..." n suddenly to my suprise i can feel like my body is trying to lift itself up even though a bit scary yet i kept on going. However i think i got scared and stopped when the next thing happened.....: I felt breathless contraction in my chest which made it difficult to keep continuing further. Can someone explain what and why it happened? i tried so hard to achieve it yet let down by this one moment of madness experienced
You were projecting, when u got scared you got snapped back in your body. I did the same a couple weeks ago but I floated to my ceiling then fell back in my body.lol
Idk, I got 20 minutes in and was feeling nice but forced myself out of my relaxation space just to comment this. I was here for genuine sleep paralysis where you can’t move, not for “astral projection”, because astral projection is something that anyone with spacial hyperphantasia can do whenever they want, although I will admit that when she started counting down early on the video I felt the tingling and feeling my body get heavier, but that’s something I can usually do with a bit of spacial hyperphantasia. Maybe this video is just teaching people how to unlock their personal spacial hyperphantasia, so that’s cool, but I personally feel scammed because I can do this Astral Projection whenever I please 🤷
I had an sleep paralysis experience once when I was little. It wasn’t scary, it was more freaky than scary. Basically, my hands were underneath my head, and I wanted to pull them out, but couldn’t. Tried to open my eyes, couldn’t do that either. So, it was a little bit of a negative experience, but not much for me
I was able to put my body into sleep paralysis one time it freaked me out so bad which was years ago. I’ve never been able to achieve it since. Anyone have any tips?
Nothing to be scared about 🙏 This meditation will help you transition from sleep paralysis ☺️ I understand you though. You’re often in «control» of what will happen when you enter sleep paralysis, shifting positive thoughts will help greatly. You often experience what you manifest ☺️
@@LucidPowerMind thank u ill give it a go tonight. Ill make sure to think positive. Great videos by the way. Im starting to get back into it the sleep meditation after about a year. I find ur ones the really good

Who the hell would want to enter sleep paralysis?? I experience them every once in a while and it's terrifying, every time. It's not something i see that makes it bad, but what k can't; like that ominous person youre sure it's standing off to side just beyond my field of vision.. It's literally like a waking nightmare.
Apparently you since you clicked the video? 😅 Jokes aside, this meditation is a tool for people that experience sleep paralysis occasionaly. Alot of people find themself in the situation where they don’t know what to do or what they actually can do. Sleep paralysis is a great state which you can use to your advantage in order to transition into the astral realm 🙏 I think we have described the meditation properly in the description, even though I understand that the thumbnail and text might seem a bit «off» or scary to some people. Thanks for connecting Tim ☺️ Wishing you a lovely week filled with light and love 💛
It usually only takes a few times to overcome that “shadow” during sleep paralysis. Once you do, you’ll carry that memory into future sleep paralysis which will then allow you to astral project quicker and for longer
Check out the description and listen to the meditation ☺️ People have very negative beliefs about sleep paralysis in general… This session is about overcoming the fear and beliefs and how to turn it into something positive 💛
There's far too much negativity surrounding the entire concept of "sleep paralysis". If you hear people talk about having a negative experience with sleep paralysis, it goes straight to your subconscious, then when you experience it for yourself, you have a negative experience. Not because there was an actual entity, being, demon, whatever there to get you, but because your subconscious mind has stored the "negative experience" information & that's now manifesting itself in your reality. You can reprogram your mind to have an amazing experience though. We are very powerful beings, despite popular belief!! Our minds & hearts are incredibly powerful!! You should absolutely give some of their other meditations a try. This channel is incredible!
i couldn't even feel my body felt like I was spinning and was out of my body entirely so fucking cool wish I found this when I was 7 would've had a sleep paralysis blast dude!!
@@amberloso1029 thank you for the input 🙏 People in general tend to get really scared once they read sleep paralysis… It can really be turned into so much more than what people read on social media 💛 Wishing you a lovely week ☺️
Alot of people enter sleep paralysis when trying to project Ryan ☺️ This meditation is about how you can use sleep paralysis to transition into the astral realm 🙏
I personally have suffered with sleep paralysis for a long time and it was awful until one day I just stopped panicking and let my astral body drop through the bottom of the bed. So now..its the only way i can project and its much less scary
The fuck. How did I get here? Why the hell would I WANT to give myself SLEEP PARALYSIS? Do people do this for fun? It’s like saying, “Hey let’s get an egg salad sandwich from that gas station. Food poisoning is dope and I just can’t want to get it randomly!l
Alot of people experience sleep paralysis and dont know how to handle it Frankie. This is the reason we made this meditation, to raise awareness and to let people know how to handle it. I strongly urge you to read the description next time 🙏 Wishing you a lovely weekend 💛

If you guys could make some more guided videos on reality shifting that would be awesome! Thanks! ❤️
We are most likely going to produce several, but most of them wont be released before next year ☺️
@@LucidPowerMind ok thank you! I can't wait!!
You can shift easily with sleep paralysis too
@@trxphywaifalt oh yeah I've tried that a couple times before, I might try that tonight again
Thank you for the kind feedback Sonia 💛 Much more to come this summer ☺️
Thank You Nicky. I wanted to share this is like that 50th time I do this with you but for the first time I was listening to kind of white noise in the background or like her TV is not being well tuned. Has anybody else experienced that? Thank you.. I am sending much love.
Thank you so much, Nicky! Much love 💕
Nicky? 😅
Thanks again Nicky so very much ❤
Thankfully I am my dear Nicky!!! Much love to you too 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
In recent memory I’ve only had one bout of sleep paralysis about 2 years ago.
Hello! You’re doing nothing wrong dear 🙏 Would highly recommend you to read some books about consciousness, astral projection and lucid dreaming… To get a better understanding about everything ☺️
These guides is simply a tool which can enhance your session, it’s not guaranteed that it will work for you either 🙏
I took nearly 20 months before I was able to induce my first OOBE.. There’s alot of things that can affect your sessions as well.. Diet for example and sleep routine is two significant factors ☺️
Thank you!!!!
I achieved lucid dreaming once and havent been able to do it for ages. I think it was my mindset goin in, and extremely relaxed. Once everything starts shaking u are really close
Incredible!!! Thank you 🙏🏻 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Glad you enjoyed Jessica 🌟 Welcome to our loving community 💞
Sleep paralysis used to scare the daylights out of me. Thought I was dying. But later found out its the gateway to the soul leaving the body. I've been trying to have sleep paralysis again. But I just end up sleeping hard lol.
I had sleep paralysis for every night for 3 months it was horrid .. I'm far to scared to listen to this
Hello Trish! This video is for people that need help to master sleep paralysis and transition into the astral realm ☺️ Absolutely nothing to be scared of 🙏
I really wanna have a nightmare while in a sleep paralysis - is there any way you can make a guided video for this???
Excited to try this one!!
Hope you’ll enjoy it ☺️🌟🙏
I never had sleep paralysis in my entire life so I hope it will help
Thank you for your kind heart ❤
THANK YOU SOO SO MUCH❤️❤️
Thank you for listening ☀️ Glad to hear you found value in our content ☺️
Wishing you a lovely weekend 🙏
I go to a very calm and relax stage but never out of the body.. is like i am very attach to the ground or something :)
Holy cow! This is the method for me! Thank you
Glad you enjoyedo our meditation 🙏🙏
I have panic attacks...not triggered, just random...how can I control one in sleep paralysis? It kept me from going.
I’m sorry to hear 🙏 Try entering the meditation with a positive mindset ☺️
Everything we experience is triggered somehow.
Can someone explain what and why it happened? i tried so hard to achieve it yet let down by this one moment of madness experienced
wow! how has no one replied to this yet! if i come close to anything like that or go further, i’ll definitely keep you updated bro!
Thanks man, much appreciate.
You were projecting, when u got scared you got snapped back in your body. I did the same a couple weeks ago but I floated to my ceiling then fell back in my body.lol
I see. Thanks. I'll give it a try once more
Your comment brought tears to my eyes
Almost worked!
This worked *fast*
Glad you found value in our meditation 💛
@Lucid Power Mind can this be use just to achieve sleep paralysis? I don’t really wanna astral project.
Yes Joyce 🙏
Is there a video for sleep paralysis and lucid dream?
Not yet ☺️ But there will be one in the coming future 🙏
So, it was a little bit of a negative experience, but not much for me
i cant eject from my body i need help
Have you reached the vibrational stage? ☺️
@@LucidPowerMind Yes
can i try it without having sleep paralysis before?
This is working I was seeing shadow people but the dome failed me so I saw them but could move
I was SO CLOSE and then my cat decided to holp onto me
Well that was terrifying😟😱 ... Nothing like waking up paralyzed to see a semi transparent large man hovering over me! This was lots of fun 🤙🏻🤣
Wait till you get a husband 😅
Every time my deat Nicky you make it happen ❤
I was able to put my body into sleep paralysis one time it freaked me out so bad which was years ago. I’ve never been able to achieve it since. Anyone have any tips?
Do you have a lucid dream version of this ?
I'm sorry we dont, but appreicate your feedback, we might make one 😊
I have never had sleep paralysis I wanna see what it’s like
Im too scared to do this one. Ill stick to lucid dreaming tonight again
Nothing to be scared about 🙏 This meditation will help you transition from sleep paralysis ☺️
I understand you though.
I find ur ones the really good
@@Brdr685 thank you so much for such kind words ☺️ We’re going to create different kind of meditations the next year as well, so you can find everything on one channel 🙏
Glad to have you in our community, looking forward to connecting further with you in the coming future ☺️
I keep trying different ones but my spirit wont leave my painful body
Can you get sleep paralysis when you are already awake?
Because this what I wanna do induce sleep paralysis while I’m already awake laying down
No I’m not afraid no more now I’m the demon in my dreams and I’m the one scaring the entities lol it’s so much fun to fly around scarring entities
This is crazy
NOOO I've had sleep peralsis and it's terrifying I'm not looking forward seeing some faceless man on sitting on my chest
You often experience what you manifest 🙏 Try entering the meditation with a positive mindset, I can assure you that you’ll be fine ☺️
How about thinking of a woman with a lovely large bottom sitting on your chest instead.
Hopefully now that you’ve read this, that’ll be what happens instead 😉 good luck mate

I’m sleep paralysis rn I see a scary monster good god my dads a swat cop OMG there letting me chat on UA-cam I’m at a candy land full of chocolate and sweet stuff
Could you go a little slower in the beginning? When you say the instructions it would be nice to have more time to do them
Who the hell would want to enter sleep paralysis?? I experience them every once in a while and it's terrifying, every time. It's not something i see that makes it bad, but what k can't; like that ominous person youre sure it's standing off to side just beyond my field of vision.. It's literally like a waking nightmare.
Apparently you since you clicked the video? 😅
Jokes aside, this meditation is a tool for people that experience sleep paralysis occasionaly. Alot of people find themself in the situation where they don’t know what to do or what they actually can do.
Sleep paralysis is a great state which you can use to your advantage in order to transition into the astral realm 🙏
I think we have described the meditation properly in the description, even though I understand that the thumbnail and text might seem a bit «off» or scary to some people.
Do you mean feild of vision by peripheral vision
Wait what? Sleep paralysis??? Like when I can’t actually open my eyes and then think there’s a murder/demon in the room but I’m paralysed???

Hold on sleep paralysis??
Yes? 😅
Sleep paralysis, once you overcome the fear and relax, is the gateway to astral projection.
@@amberloso1029 thank you for the input 🙏 People in general tend to get really scared once they read sleep paralysis… It can really be turned into so much more than what people read on social media 💛

Why would u want to enter sleep paralysis? Shits scary
