Was in a very intense and traumatic car wreck 4 days ago where I nearly died and I haven’t been able to sleep since then. Hope this helps. To anyone else going through something similar, know you aren’t alone. We’ll get through this.

Tou need to arnica flower essence or frequency to release that trauma from your energy body. I'm putting out a youtube video next week with arnica frequency that would re lo ease your trauma. Look for it.
I wholeheartedly believe I time travelled. I woke up and my life didn’t feel real and I grieved to be back to where I was. This works!!

This is my day off ritual. Wake up like I have work and slip back into bed wirh a great meditation….like going to a movie but when I am waking try to figure it all out. My cat was there with me…except she was asleep… but I picked her up away from danger. It was a continuation of a 25 year old dream 💗♾💗

I was just wondering how important it is to have hugs and kisses and being touched. Its easy if you are a puppy but so sad when you grow older and need the same attention and cant find it. Hug parties/groups are so amazing.

I’ve had two spontaneous time travel dreams over the years, both going back to the past and both arriving by train. They couldn’t have felt more real. I even spoke in German in one dream which sounded like gibberish to the dreamer me, but in the dream I understood exactly what I was saying. I was escaping as a captured Jew in Nazi Germany. In the other dream, I told Grover Cleveland that he would one day be president. So weird.
Is there a chance you might have shifted to a parallel universe or something? Do you remember any words?

First was in English whenI told Grover Cleveland he would be president one day and the other I spoke German (which I don’t speak) where I was a Jewish prisoner at a train stop in the countryside. Both dreams, I arrived by train, which I’ve never ridden.

Holy crap! This thing sent me on a weird dimension travel. Fucked me up so hard I had to take a half day off just to process what just happened. LOL it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Could be the lorazepam mixing with this. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the wild ass dreams.

I see us on the road, homeschooling our ridiculously goodlooking cubs across the globe. Learning how to live like our ancestors did. Setting down roots in several continents. Then teaching others to do the same.
Maybe creating a healing arts retreat center. Or more likely we'll be serial entrepreneurs. Spreading light and love to all.
I see snow boot tracks indoors. Laughter and dirty dishes. Drawings on the walls. Saturday morning cartoons. Breakfast in bed.
Supper daily as a family.
Simple living. Joyful giving. It's perfectly imperfect.
(With sprinkles of adventure and life's luxuries in between)
In the end we're two silver foxes in a winter cabin. Except it's not the end, I don't see an end. I see the autumn years of life as our youth renewed.
