I think she made a mistake by not going with a country song. Her audition was my favorite through the whole season because the country sound to her voice was spot on. I was missing that in this duet. She sounded just like an average good singer.

Two great singers but the song choice was less than great. I'm a fan of them both alone....this song was tolerable but not magical like some of their individual performances. For my taste, would love to have heard something else.
Good grief... Sounded horrible to my ears. Cole does sound better than her tho. He carried that song. Even tho this was probably the worst duet I've heard as of yet.

Cole was good and I was disappointed that Huntergirl sounded just okay. Her long note where she kept going higher didn’t sound good at all.
