@AKPiratePrince There's a difference between Indian and stereotypically Indian. Taj's original voice was the latter. Especially with the way he says "Abracadabra, Alakazam, Alakazoom." It sounds like they're making fun of the way they think Indians sound.
Its just not the same without Conker and Banjo. Plus, its weird seeing Wizpig, who was this GIANT, suddenly only slightly bigger than the other racers.

Tiptop doesn't have a videogame franchise like Banjo and Conker who have their rights belong to Microsoft along with the other Rare non-Nintendo IPs and I'm aware that Tiptop did appear in the Banjo Kazooie franchise but as a minor character who doesn't affect the plots in the slightest

N64 Taj's voice: Culturally insensitive. DS Taj's voice: Identity crisis. It's like they tried so hard to make him feel less stereotypical that they over-corrected.

I understand now that the main reason why they gave Tiny Kong a redesign for this game is because she was included as a replacement to Banjo and it wouldn't have made sense to have DK64's Tiny... a little child as a Heavy character, meanwhile Dixie fitted perfectly as a replacement to Conker.

Wizpig just had all his menacing stature taken away from his voice and raw ability to terrify racers on their first match with him.

I’d prefer if someone modded all of the new characters (perhaps minus Wizpig for story reasons) into the N64 version.
@@Umbrella2 Wizpig is a post Adventure Two character in DS. So I don’t see an issue with bonus content.
Even though Diddy Kong Racing DS is inferior to the original N64 version, I do wish that roster in this game was also available on the N64 version.

The graphics are even worse on DS, I always hated the pixeleated sky of the DS era

Diddy, Tiny, and Dixie have the exact same stats, including weight. No character has Banjo or Conker’s stats.
