Guys, I'm just finishing the C1 English Programme of Lucy's team, and I only have to say that it's one of the most lovable courses of English. Highly recommended if you can afford it, and with no doubt, it's worth the money.
THAT is a good brush-up to my English idiom knowledge. I knew of most of them, but as I do not speak English in my everyday, most of them have passed down to the passive , just understanding level. A good story to learn from---like the others already have told you. Thanks.

Well, I had a similar situation but in the opposite way. I thought I was going to pay for my meal and went to party of a friend of mine, I wasn't in the mood that day and didn't treat her quite properly. Turned out late that day that she was kind and generous and paid for our meals plus she invited us to amusement park the next day. I had a bad impression about her and I was wrong. I'll never give bad impression about people before knowing them first. That was my lesson.
