I've been following TT since 2021, when I first heard of it and since then, I know, and have been searching about, Michael Dunlop and his family, and it feels like the guy, during interviews and in front of cameras, is so chill, like ice cold; probably he feels uncomfortable when he sees a camera, but it just doesn't feel right, it's like he's depressed. I don't know him IRL and would not even be close to do so, because i'm from a country on the other side of the Atlantic, more to the south; I'm sorry if it seems like i'm assuming the way he is (I'm not judging him at all), but there is something going on in his mind (been there) The thing is: Michael Dunlop has had to endure so much throughout the years because of family losses that, I think, he just doesn't give a shit for his own life anymore. His goal is all about keeping his familiy's history and fuck it if he dies during one of those races. And that's why he became THE machine. It's not him and his machine: he IS the machine. The greatest.
And shout out to Peter Hickman who is, to me, the next to break records after records, if he makes through it, of course.

might be just his bookcover look, i know people like this. i personally look really scary and pissed off most the time to others, have to force smiles. i think the problem for me is my mind is always running and so its hard for me to be really engaged in convos, seem stoic even though i am not at all.
@@yyxy.oncesaid ikr. Just trying to understand his motives to be pushing so hard. I know there are the other guys, but he is different. Just trying a psychological approach to discuss what motivates these guys, specially him. As i said, been following TT since 2021, so maybe im just too astonished. It’s just a sport that requires almost absolutely no fear for their own lives. They are truly giving their lives for that, and it’s incredible to me. Hope people who are their huge fans dont get me wrong. Michael Dunlop is the new concept of Obsession with a “ive got nothing to lose” feeling.

Greetings, I live in the states. Could someone explain the characteristics of the RL360 Supersport class? Engine size, number of cylinders, weight, etc? Thanks in advance and Godspeed to all.
SuperSPORTS are 600cc. The RL superSTOCK is 1000cc machines, almost no different than the ones you can buy from the dealership. The SuperBIKES are genuine race bikes with 10s if not 100s of thousands of modification/work done
@james fortin thanks. I got confused with the RL360 designation. I guess that's the sponsor. I was reading the rulebook but could not locate anything marked 360. Rather ask a stupid question that be confused. Again, thanks.

These riders waive all rights. Insurance is not in the equation. MOST motorcycle riders respect that some dare to try this. Life is not something you are entitled to. Risking it for glory however, is. For some, its like climbing Everest. They get something to talk about at parties. I do get the respect for the dead, hearts go out to Raul.
@@FluffyBunnyFeet waiving rights has nothing to do it, the event won’t get insurance at all soon… there’s a few changes need making to ensure the event continues but no one’s talking about it or acting in it.. be a case of too little too late…
everyone comes here at their own risk. since no one is pushing anyone to do anything nobody has to take responsibility for anyone else other then themselves. the organizers have nothing to do. everyone knows and sees

Commentators don't even know why riders are dropping their legs down during heavy braking.
That trick is called "Doctor's Dangle" which was originally brought to motorsports by the legendary 9 times MotoGP world championship winner "The Doctor" - "Valentino Rossi"
The doctor dangle helps the riders to stop the bike by breaking the aerodynamic of the bike and stop the bike in the heavy braking zone precisely.
What are they allowed to do to the bikes in super stock .
Tie them up and whip them.
Remove mirrors, remove lights, change fairings and windscreen, exhaust system
