The home is definitely beautiful, but honestly $3.4M is a stretch. The main level is beautiful but small and would require small furniture and not a lot of it. The home is so close to the neighbors and provides very little privacy and not much for a family with children. Every room would need window coverings to keep wandering eyes outside of peering inside. It is amazing to me the pricing of homes in certain areas and how the valuation is estimated. Let's be honest, the MS is underwhelming as it is just a box without any true detail of elegance and the bathroom is just as underwhelming. There are many homes in Houston that are larger and just as stunning for 1/3 of the price.

Great tour but the homes are very close to each other and to me the layout is kinda funky lol and it’s kinda small for the price!

The Black and Gold tiles, the foyer Chandelier, the Kitchen Countertop with Fisher & Paykel fridge & Freezer, stove, and dishwasher. All of these things stand out but this house is not worth $3.3M. Perhaps it's the price for the location.

You can build a pool! There is room for a pool!
3.5 is absolutely a stretch for this home. The living areas is very small. There is a absolutely no back yard space for a pool or anything else. No privacy in front of your home. Houses beside you are so close. Absolutely not worth that price. Rooms are very small.
Cooktop is a step down
