@drewanderson8279 you don't understand the sheer genuis of mounting one backwards. Whichever way is better, they have at least one mounted that direction!
To get that tractor out you should try taking the cable from the bigger winch you tried using and run it under the scraper you welded on that way you can hook directly to the frame. If you can hook it to the frame you'll be able to pull from a lower center of gravity and hopefully get it out. Another thing I would suggest is you should try using kinetic tow ropes. What you do is hook one end onto the vehicle that's stuck and the other end onto the vehicle you're using for pulling, then you can use the tow vehicle and build up some momentum to yank the tractor. The reason for the special rope is that if you use a chain it'll be very rough on your equipment and could either break the equipment or the chain could snap and go flying.

You will never cut the tire off, tires have a thick steel wire in the tire that u never see and u will never cut it without damaging the rim in some way. Its not worth the $5
