As an American, watching the 2010 Ghana team was a lot of fun, and his goals were nothing short of amazing. I hope he lives his life to the fullest and feels loved by those around him!
I am glad he finally sat down and discussed these things. The pain and burden is still evident in his eyes but I think Dentaa you created a safe space as you go way back before all this. I hope he feels better, sleeps better. Truth is we all can't live in the public eye, most of us can't even take criticism from the little circles we have...imagine having the entire world scrutinising your entire career and existence based on one instance that was not even 5 mins. God bless his soul! I wish him all the best!
He’s an absolute legend and we need to treat him as such. Met him in person and he was so lovely and friendly. Loved his support for Azumah Nelson. Had Suarez not hand balled - we would have had a goal, yet no one gives him the same energy.
Wow! Asamoah Gyan, you are my hero. I first met him in person in 2016 at peduase valley resort as restaurant supervisor, I served him some drinks in his room and I was amazed the kind of person he is. He so respectful and humble and intelligent man. I love you bro. I currently live in state, hoping to meet you once again.
This guy will always be one of my to African footballer. As Liberian man married to Ghanaian wife, Asamoah Gyan should be truly appreciate by all Ghanaians. Asamoah has done it all from football, to music to many our things in life. I love this this Footballer
Asa is a legend and our hero. It's unfortunate Ghanaians do not celebrate our heroes until they are no more. Gyan has been our best over the past 15years yet we do not recognise the positives in him. On and off the field he's impacted lives. With such a clean heart and free spirit, God will continue to celebrate his good deeds. Gyan deserves more than the local media and citizens in GH give him. A nation that does not celebrate it's heroes is not worth dying for... Civil and public servants go on long strikes for salary increase, yet our footballers are branded unpatriotic and greedy for demanding bonuses due them. Let's celebrate our own and for that matter Asamoah Gyan for the sacrifices and impact he's made in our lives. Great interview, Dentaa. Keep up the good work.
Some will hate you and some will love you BabyJet. That is a fact of life you need to make peace with. Even if you scored that penalty, you'll still find ppl who will hate you. No need to dwell on that. Those of us that know your worth and efforts will keep on loving you till casket. God bless you. You're indeed Ghana's greatest striker we've ever produced.
The person who made me love football as a whole can't thank him enough I really love him I really wish I see him in the number 3 Ghana Jersey again and shut Uruguay one last time🥲
Gyan Deserve his Flowers and as a Ghanaian myself it really upsets me at times even though we as Ghanaians people outside our culture know we are respectful toward others which is a good thing I really wish as a Community we could show consistent respect toward each other toward people who have achieved in our community, rather than those in the Community to be so jealous of what this person has or that person has because I believe there's greatness in the community for sure, I just feel like what a lot of Gyan said was so true about the sides of our culture that do let us down, no ones perfect, but Gyan Much respect to you, Odana Much respect to you for the Content keep it up.
Footballer, President, actor, it takes a lot to get to the level he got to and we really need to celebrate people like this a lot more. Yes that penalty miss hurts and people sometimes turn on their hero's and that's life
Nice interview. Mostly, I use to watch other people's videos couple of times before I subscribe. But yours is different. You've won my subscription. I just subscribed now.
I thank God Asamoah Gyan has really confirmed that, is Andre Ayew who gave that beautiful assist to Asamoah Gyan to score in the match against USA in the 2010 World Cup 🌏. People thoughts is Kojo Asamoah.
I really love Asamoah Gyan. I use kleesoft washing powder because of him. I drink Run energy drink because of him. The best Ghanaian football player I have seen. Thanks for your strength Baby Jet
Very inspiring video. Asamoah Gyan is one of Africa's best soccer players. He has achieved a lot in his career. He has made Ghana and the rest of Africa proud.
God bless you Dentaa For Having This Great Interview With My Only Top Striker.. Really Enjoy The Interview... Hoping To Have Dinner With You Guys One-day.
We have the similar issues here in the U.S. amongst African Americans/blacks. It’s jealousy really. As people, that’s one of the reasons why we are behind. We need to heal, uplift, and empower each other. We also need to celebrate our brothers and sisters successes as they come. We NEED to do better as people. Thank you for this interview!! Gyan is a living legend in my eyes 🇬🇭
Denta thanks for this special interview with our only Supper Star 💫 Nana Asamoah this is superb I’ve it... 2022 Quarter world Cap we want you Nana Asamoah yes yes score more goals again ...... 🙏🏿☝️✌️blessings
I can’t wait to watch you play again in the World Cup. My kids and I picks sides during the match between Ghana and USA, I go for Ghana and they are for USA. Very exciting
Asamoah Gyan was nervous when he missed that penalty which would have taken 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭to the WC Final twenty two years ago. Big up to you Akosua with your lovely chat with Asamoah.
A very pure sprited Interview with a true legend. (Matured) NanaAsa.Not forgeting the only Black Pearl of Ghana Media. Black beauty Dentaa u are aheard of your game Germany loves u.More blessings to u both.
Great interview, Dentaa...love your questions, they are deep!!! I like that Gyan acknowledged his brother right in the beginning, that's a grateful person.
Asamoah Gyan deserves more than what Ghanaians are giving him now. This guy has sacrificed a lot. Excellent picture quality and a clear sound. Dentaa you are doing well.
To be honest , Ghanaian people really and really loved you Asamoah Gyan almost 95% percent. we just have to change our way of life and this start from the family background. Sabotaging ourselves is the DISEASES
People often put athletes and celebrities on a pedestal and see them as heroes, in the same way they don't see them as human and thus don't consider their feelings when speaking. People really need to watch what they say to others. And to those saying he is too sensitive, it's not easy getting that type of negative energy from the masses. Most people in our society where we care so much about others’ opinions would break down emotionally and psychologically if if they got that type of criticism just within their family, church or workplace. I hope he does seek some counseling. It’s also interesting that he recognizes that 2010 was his best year , despite facing this heavy criticism. Many good lessons to be learned here.
I am glad to wacth him again ,it was 2010 i got to know him and i felt in love with him and now my husband was a footballer in BECHEM UNITED AND NOW A COACH IN BECHEM. TELL HIM THAT I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
Hmm, Asamoah Gyan you have summed up the collective attitude of our society. It is well. My family and I met you and the team once at Kotoka and you were so nice and down to earth. We cherish the photo we took that day. Please receive those who honour you and celebrate you and leave the rest. Enjoy your life brother. 🙏🏾❤️🎉🎉🎉
Hi Dentaa, this is one of my most liked interviews you have done and a few others. Yes I did see your interview with him in England too. Kudos Lady, keep up the good work 🥰
I wish this video would get 30million views. I love you Gyan! At his peak, I wouldn't watch Black Stars' matches that didn't feature Gyan. I'm hoping to see him in Qatar 🇶🇦
my name is Frank, the editor for soccer chat with Fiifi Banson, this interview is very nice. but i was expecting some of the matches alongside what he was saying, just to make it more lively for viewers
I can’t blame him for feeling the way he does. All the hate this guy has received for all the things he has done for this country. He is fully correct to feel the way he does!!
I immediately became a ghana fan following that 2010 team i kept hearing his name but I kept thinking this other player was asamoa i eventually found out he was the guy I was rooting for them it crushed me when they lost my favorite soccer player
